Never returning
Our lane kept breaking, we could see them trying to fix it at the back but as soon as they turned the alert off to say it was fixed, it broke again. Noone around to ask. Scoring was also wrong with the machine claiming we got spares when there were still pins standing. Bumpers were also broken so had to either have them up or down for everyone.
Drinks ordered via the app took 20mins to arrive, and they didn't have what I wanted (not a huge deal but why does it take 20mins to realise that) we only had 4 drinks and all were soft drinks. We had actually finished our game of bowling just as the drinks were brought out 🙈
Arcades don't accept cash and you have to get a card loaded up, with a minimum of £5. We only wanted one game. To top it off, they then had a power cut.
Won't be returning

I booked the karaoke for my daughter…
I booked the karaoke for my daughter and 3 friends for an hour. The microphones weren’t working so they had to queue back up at the desk for them to fix them. They ended up getting them new ones, 5 minutes later, these didn’t work either, so again had to come out of the booth to ask for assistance. They ended up changing the microphones again. They lost a lot of time that I had paid for by waiting around.

Great time
Had a really good experience. Place was very tidy(Swindon Tenpin). Lane was ready on arrival. Good atmosphere. Staff friendly. Will go back. Much cheaper than other alley in Swindon.

Great value bowling games on Tuesdays and Thursdays…
Great value bowling games on Tuesdays and Thursdays, lots of different games to play in the arcade. Decent food selection which was tasty.
It was very busy but abit unorganised, long wait for food and the bowling booths should be cleaned in-between customers. Overall we had fun.

Great experience. BUT Great revamp with glass between each cubicle… If plastic hooks could be fitted over the top of the glass frame to hand coats on it would make a difference so that you could use the seats to sit on and not be piled up with coats.

Everything was great the only thing we thought was not great is putting every one close to each other on the lanes as there was only 3 other parties in at the time, and when the other parties have small kids it was a bit annoying. You could have spread them out as it was so empty, like they do in restaurants to make it look busy.

I booked pizza and bowl for 6 people
I booked pizza and bowl for 6 people. The pizza came automatically which was good but we had to spend some of our hour slot typing in names etc. I think you should be able to insert the names online in advance to save time. Drinks are quite expensive but the staff were nice

Burger and chips were freezing when…
Burger and chips were freezing when they came out, no one ate it.
We asked for warm food but they just gave us a silly laugh. They didn't care. A refund would have been nice if they can't keep the food warm.

Although the overall experience was good, the food was awful, bland and cold, they even miscounted, we had a group of 12 but only brought out 11 meals.
I wont let the food take away from the fun and memories that were made on the day.

My only down fall was the booking system, it allowed me to book for party of 7 for 1 lane then when arrived was told you were only allowed 6 on a lane which ment we was split up, this was the first time I’ve seen my family in 2yrs & thought it would be a nice bonding session with the kids but didn’t feel like that sadly.
