only negative was that, when I was looking at the frames they were kept locked, even though obviously I could not try frames until they were asked to unlock them

Excellent service, extremely efficient

Had an eye test at Tesco..expected them to advise new glasses/lenses but as virtually no change in my eyesight since last test there was no real pressure to purchase replacement glasses. Very pleased with the service

Wrong strength of glasses given. I had to pay for an eye test else where as I knew the ones i had been prescribed by Tesco were not suitable.

I went in for a general eye site test as I have not had one in years and I thought it about time I went for a checkup as being an ICT Technician I spend a lot of time looking at computer screens.
The team were all very helpful and approachable. My waiting time to be seen was a little longer than I had expected by I was kept informed of this by the team so I wasn't left wondering, had they forgotten about me.
When I was seen I felt I had a thorough eye examination and all was clear!
Overall very happy with the experience and will be going back as well as recommend to friends and family.

I felt the option was very professional and friendly.The staff were excellent with the way they help you.thanks Swindon Tescos you were great. The only complaint was the chairs they need updating or fixing the poor girls have an awful job trying to find stuff that works properly

The lady helping was great, giving me time, then reviewing my choice and helping me to find others I may not have considered but would suit well. I was not rushed at all, and the pricing and lens options were really well explained. A very happy customer.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was simple to book an appointment and handy to receive a text reminder the day before. There is a good range of frames to choose from.

I received a friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble service.
However as was getting contact lenses for the first time I had to keep going back and everytime I went back I saw a different optician. All were very nice and friendly but would have preferred it if i had only been seen by one optician, as all gave slightly different advice.
