I asked a number of companies to give me a quote for doing the conveyancing for the sale of a flat that have previously been rented. They were the only company that gave a very reasonable quote and followed it up with a telephone call.

We had a buyer but water damage to the flooring was discovered and a long process to dry out and reinstate it using insurance company took place. However, the solicitors kept in touch and as soon as the repair work was complete, which took six months, T G Collins had all the paperwork ready and we were able to complete the sale within four weeks. They always answered my calls and stuck to their original quote.

The staff are arrogant, ignorant and don't possess any customer service skills whatsoever. I never dealt with a solicitor just a trainee and a paralegal.

They never returned emails, was disrespectful to me when I phoned them up they didn't contact my estate agent about the sale of my property. In two weeks they didnt do anything to help me.

Then I complained to Thushara Collins (Principal solicitor)and she was the worst one that I had dealt with, she was even more arrogant and ignorant then all of the others put together. She called me a liar and said that "her staff are all professional". Please do yourself a favour DO NOT use this firm of solicitors. I had a really lucky escape.

We have moved house nine times over the years and I can honestly say this solicitors has been by far the best for communicating every detail of the transaction.
We would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

It was a pleasure to instruct TG Collins as my conveyancing solicitors. In what was a very stressful, long and difficult transaction, Nitu did her very best to assist me through the process, keeping me updated regularly and being patient enough to deal with me in a high stressful situation, as well as give me the time to explain things thoroughly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough. Nitu is a credit to her firm and a very valuable one at that. A thank you to Daisy who filled in for a week, yet it did not feel like Nitu was missing at all. That is evidence of a well working operation with employees who work seamlessly with each other.

My sale was considerably longer than anticipated and complicated with various issues from the purchaser and third parties.

This is the best company i.ve worked with so far, very helpful and professional, lots of thank you to miss Nitu who went the extra mile to complete my transaction where others before failed(been struggling for exactly 1 year🥵, had 1 failed transaction before), i was with second buyer, almost lost hope😔, but miss Nitu quickly set everything back on track and sort me out less then 1 month since she took over, so highly recommend them, will use them again!

Fantastic experience when selling a leasehold flat , my main case handler was Simi and I was very impressed with the quick response times to all emails. The fees were very fair and considering I had the original buyer pull out and we had to start again with another buyer. I would definitely recommend TG COLLINS to anyone buying and selling a property especially if you want prompt responses to emails (something that other solicitors fail to see as important). Overall for me a great experience with Simi and TG Collins and I will definitely use again - 11/10 keep doing what you're doing
