Ordered Rose Otto sample oil from the Aromatherapy shop from Etsy. Well packaged and promptly delivered. Smelt authentic and a beautiful fragrance. Smells like my mums roses in her garden after the rain! Beautiful! I did not need to contact customer service.

I got something close to 20 oils from them, every single one was a hit in terms of quality (of course notes would be a personal preferences here).

I've had two orders from The Aromatherapy Shop Ltd., (from Etsy shop) both arrived in good time and the items were very well packaged. My favourite items so far (I have three or four creams left to try) are the Sandalwood face cream and the Honeysuckle body cream; the sandalwood cream has a silky texture which sinks in to my skin well, leaving it soft and smooth. The cream's fragrance is, in my opinion, absolutely beautiful, it is a very authentic sandalwood. The honeysuckle cream is a good texture, sinks in very well and has improved the texture of my skin and leaves it feeling very comfortable, it also has a beautiful, authentic fragrance. To me, these effective creams are very good value for money. I'm looking forward to using the other creams I have purchased; I'm very happy to have found this shop as a reliable supplier of caringly made, high quality and cruelty free products.

Essential oils of excellent quality with wide range of choice including rare ones such as pink lotus and others. This has became my absolute favorite shop about essential oils. Plus the packaging is very accurate and the delivery to Italy is very fast. TOP!!!

The aromatherapy shop has brilliant products. I have purchased skincare as well as products that help in maki g my own and they are all high quality, clean, are great quantities and deliver in good time. As must shop.

The Apricot butter works well. Not too greasy. It shipped/arrived fast. No extra fees for delivery which was nice.

I bought this product as a natural alternative to anti-fungal spray. Basically I needed to treat the problem but was worried about the chemicals involved causing other health issues. The tea tree gel is working very well so far. I apply it daily with cotton buds and am very happy with the results. It smells lovely, which is a bonus! No skin irritation either. I recommend this product.

I purchased the Cocoa Absolute Oil (certified organic) and the Egyptian Rose Oil from The Aromatherapy Shop online. Both oils blew me away, their scents were so wonderful. Three of my friends had a sniff and there were a lot of 'wows'. We all felt better off for smelling these beautiful oils. The bottles they came in were pretty, and well-capped. I will definitely order from this company again.

High-quality oils from this company! I've bought from them multiple times and each time I am impressed. The vanilla scent is cozy and luxurious, the avocado oil leaves my hair feeling soft with a subtle sweet aroma, and the rosehip oil is perfect for overnight skincare on my face. This store has a dazzling amount of pure essential oils/absolutes, body butters, carrier oils, attars, you name it, everything you could ever need for aromatherapy medical or otherwise, and for making your own perfume or skin care. Everything I’ve purchased has been of excellent quality. Plus the prices are more than fair allowing you to try some more unusual oils without breaking the bank. Kewra oil (for petrichor), coffee blossom flowers, African blue grass, are just some of the goodies, plus the nettle infused skin cream is to die for and where else could you get nettle absolute? The Aromatherapy shop seems to have everything you could ever want and all the stuff you’ve never heard of but know you need!
