I just received my order of Gardenia of Tahiti Rasberry bud leaf absolute and Black Current Bud Absolute Essential oils. I couldn't wait to test them all on scent blotters.
When I smelled the Gardenia I was immediately transported to an exotic and remote tropical island. The fragrance is simply beyond divine. A gentle complex scent with a fruity top , sweet jasmine like and orange blossom facets with a wonderful intoxicating honeyed accent in the background, soft petals and pillowy. Too beautiful and intoxicating to put into words. A natural perfumers dream!
The Blackcurrent Bud absolute is very concentrated and tenacious and a photorealistic fragrance. It is sweet dark, jammy, berry- like with deep green accents.
Rasberry Leaf Pure absolute is again sweet and jammy , Davana-like fruity top notes reminiscent of raisins and mulled wine, but with immense depth and complexity and all 3 items will need diluting to appreciate their full scent profiles. What a delightful experience.

I’ve recently purchased a bottle of tobacco absolute from this seller on etsy, The oil I received is of very high quality. A deep and rich scent that will carry well in perfume, etc. I highly recommend this seller.

The Egyptian blue lotus it's gorgeous. I use to make my own fragrances oils and this one is the best I could find.

I love using natural products and the wild yam root gel has completely stopped my hot flushes.
I also use burdock root gel which has eased swelling and joint aches. My parents are now using it too and it has really made a difference to my mum.

Bought some frangipane body lotion from their etsy store. Smells lovely and cream absorbs well and isn't greasy. Thought price was good compared to the likes of other high street stores where something similar would've been a lot more expensive.

I really like this Seller. The oils are rich and as I use them in diffuser, the smell throughout my home is exactly what would expect each oil to smell like from past experiences.
Customer service is prompt and take the time to answer queries thoroughly.
I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my oils and face cream.

A great range of products, many of which I haven't been able to find elsewhere, and everything I've ordered so far has been of excellent quality. Highly recommended as a supplier for artisan formulators, or just if you're experimenting with making your own products

I have bought many pots of cream from this shop and every one has been perfect - helpful and good and I keep going back for more. The creams have solved many skin problems for me. And the shop folk are so helpful and kind.

I only heard of The Aromatherapy Shop 3 weeks ago early March, I cannot remember what exact date . I ordered on Etsy Nilotica butter, I sent a message to one of the owners of the company to ask for information about the Nilotica butter they are selling. I had a reply the next day along with the product information I asked for. Shipping was fast and I received my order. I do hope that other customers and the owner came to a resolution regarding the issues that I have read about here.

Placed my order on October 31,2023. Order number 231101051308672. Never received my order nor an email of explanation however they did charge my card $52.30.

I have received my order ok. Later on, I requested further information and have been chasing ever since. Nobody answers the calls, nobody is replying to emails. In essence no after care service. Its a shame, the company is letting themselves down.. They lost me as a customer, as they (thankfully) have competition.

Ordered Papyrus oil, received Tea Tree oil, in bottle labelled Papyrus.

I already have genuine papyrus oil to compare scent from visits to Egypt.

Refused to refund me for items I did not receive, they told me thier liability to refund had expired and then ignored my further emails. When lockdown finishes & I’ve had my jabs I will be paying them a visit, London style. There is no customer service or responsibility at this company.

This was the first company I'd purchased my aromatherapy products from 2016 to the present. I've always received all products ordered, and great customer service. Their products are very good quality, from essential oils, creams and base oils. My order was packaged well and arrived prompt. Thank you!
