Accomplished designers giving good advice helped me throughout the process. Lots of amazing choices of good quality units. The tradesmen were friendly, accommodating and professional. The showroom staff were considerate and very helpful. I love my new kitchen.

Having a new ensuite fitted made me quite nervous at the beginning (it IS an upheaval - no getting away from that) but it has been a success from start to finish. The initial consultation with Mark went really well. He came up with some good ideas and respected my budget.
Their team of workers was excellent - a special shout-out to Aaron in particular. He was polite, cheerful, willing and a great worker (I kept him supplied with coffee and biscuits which may have helped!).
I was advised each day by the project manager who would be onsite. The guys always arrived promptly at 8am.
The actual workmanship was faultless. Each worker clearly knows their trade and the standard of work was first class. I’m delighted with the finished product and it was worth every minute of the 3 weeks it took to complete.
I have already recommended The Bathroom Company to a friend and won’t hesitate to recommend them in future.

The workmanship is excellent. They hire top Workmen. The materials are top quality. You do have to be spot on dealing with them though. It could be because currently they are very busy. But they are complacent and don't engage well. Problems are common though they do deal with everything. My partner was totally stressed at the experience and that isn't a good recommendation.

Waiting 3weeks to have the old bath toilet sink and rubbish removed and nobody available on the phone WhatsApp or email - have they gone bust ??

Aside from deciding that we wanted to significantly change our bathroom, we had no real concept in mind at the start of our journey. Our first encounter with Gareth was very positive and gave us some excellent ideas. Following this we had a round of expanding the ideas, establishing budgets which led to a very exciting project.

As soon as the actual project started, we gained a high degree of confidence in the team, both the from the design/management side and from the team carrying out the work. As with any significant project, various issues/changes arose as we progressed and these were handled quickly and with plenty of flexibility from the team. A key element in this is that everyone worked directly for the Bathroom Company and so resources were able to be managed in a way to keep progressing without delays.

It was very interesting observing the progression from a stripped-out room with bare stone walls to a stunning bathroom with a completely different vibe from our original. The mixture of tiles and (very interesting) wallpaper has resulted in a stunning and unique finish, which has been repeatedly admired by visitors.

From the outset, the service we received was first-class. The Project Manager, texted every morning at 7.30, naming all the tradesmen arriving that day. All the tradesmen were very polite and respectful, as well as friendly. All introduced themselves on arrival. They were punctilious about leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each day.

We really liked the Designer's taste in choosing tiling and fitments, and we changed nothing. She sent a short-list of roller-blind fabrics for us to choose.

We certainly feel that we have gained a top-quality shower room, and a refurbished and practical Utility area. We have no hesitation at all in recommending the Bathroom Company most highly.

The whole team from start to finish in the bathroom company are professional and so lovely to deal with. Every day I knew who was coming, what they were doing and when they were arriving. They cleaned up at the end of each day and at the end of the build. Everyone was pleasant and polite and so helpful. All this is so important to me as I live alone and I had the upmost trust in all who helped here. Also the bathroom is absolutely gorgeous!!

We contacted The Bathroom Company on a friend’s recommendation and are very pleased we did. Angus delivered a thoughtful redesign of our en-suite, making excellent use of the space, and the team completed the en-suite and cloakroom renovations to a high standard. They coordinated the work well, completed it on schedule, and executed it with great attention to detail. All staff were professional, polite, and tidy, ensuring minimal disruption. From the start I felt confident in the ability of this company to provide an exceptional service. Price was a big concern at the outset and I wanted to know from the start the likely ballpark figure so that I could ensure adequate budgeting in place before any planning or site visit.
Having established the sort of figure I would likely need to budget for then I enjoyed looking at the show room and mulling over the possible options for renovation of the en suite shower room. Following a site visit and preparation of a plan I felt that my requirements had all been taken into account. A few minor changes to the plan were made by me in the months before the date given for work to start. This was no problem to the company. Payments were made in stages.
Once work started on the date arranged some months before, the tradesmen were all exceptionally professional and competent. The work was carried out on time and in a very workmanlike manner. There was an early morning text each day from the project manager to advise who would be coming that day and when. During and after the project there were checks on the work to ensure all in order.

The Shower, including rain bath, basin, concealer mirror cabinet, underfloor heating and wc all work extremely well.
I am now saving for the main bathroom to be renovated next year!

I contacted this company to request initial, preliminary information regarding a potential en-suite bathroom project. At this stage, there had been no site visit, no measurements taken, and no discussion about the size of the room, scope of works, specification, or my requirements.
Despite this, I received a response from the company’s director which focused almost entirely on headline pricing, stating that en-suite bathrooms typically “start from £18,000,” along with indicative costs for other rooms. This pricing was provided without any measurements, drawings, or understanding of the space, and without asking any clarifying questions.
In my experience, it is difficult to understand how any meaningful pricing can be suggested without first measuring the room or establishing the scope of work. The approach felt price-led rather than customer-led, with more emphasis on cost thresholds than on understanding the customer’s needs.
I would have expected a more professional, consultative first interaction—particularly when the response is issued at director level—rather than generic pricing offered without sufficient information. Based on this initial experience, I decided not to proceed further.

May I add that there was no offer to attend the showroom so that untrue, there was no offer to discuss my two projects either

The team went out of their way to make the experience as easy as possible for us. The work ethics of the team were excellent and communication was great throughout.

We used them a some minor fixes to our bathroom and were very happy with the quality of the products and the efficiency of the service

Couldn't be happier with my shower room renovation by The Bathroom Company! The whole experience, from my first showroom visit, through planning to completion, was first class. Making choices was easy, with the expert guidance provided. Each morning during installation I received a message to let me know who would be working at the house that day. The tradesmen are a great bunch of lads, who obviously take pride in their work, and put in long hours to keep to schedule. Delighted with the result!

Working with the team at The Bathroom Company was a pleasure. During the first on-site visit Angus immediately grasped the ideas I had in mind. He quickly showed me how the layout of the room was important. Simply by changing the existing layout I would make better use of the room to make it seem vastly more spacious and hence instantly seem more luxurious. Thanks also to Gareth, the in-house designer, for his ability to design what is now a serene, spa-like retreat, blending modern sophistication with timeless luxury. Soft ambient lighting, coupled with oversized mirrors which reflect the wallpaper, create a warm calming atmosphere where I can enjoy a luxurious soak in the bath or a steam to relax muscles and calm the mind as well as body. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to update their Bathroom.

From the moment we entered the showroom and completed our initial plans with Fiona to the finish of our project we could not fault The Bathroom Company.
Fiona gave us all the time in the visits to work through what we wanted for our new shower room. Then the team of workers who stripped out and fitted the various aspects of the shower room were very professional and nothing was a problem to them. The finished job is everything we imagined and more and even the sliding door which required a different “track” before completion was never an issue. Would recommend The Bathroom Company to anybody thinking of a new bathroom or shower room.

From our initial contact, our vision for the bathroom was heard with some great suggestions around how to maximise the space as well as how to meet our design wants around colour and finish. The fitting team were all very friendly and respectful of us and our home, tidying up after themselves meticulously! The work was completed on time and to an exceptionally high standard - we couldn’t be happier with the results which turned out exactly as we’d hoped!

From start to finish the creation of our bathroom has been enjoyable, made very easy by Craig, showroom manager and by all the talented tradespeople who totally took our bathroom back to the bare bricks and created exactly what we wanted. There was no hassle. Everything was explained and clear. Three easy stages of payments. All the products were of exceptional quality. We explained what we wanted and Craig showed us options without any pressure. Like everything new there were small teething problems. These were solved within a day by Michael who coordinated the right people to solve the issues and texted us every morning to let us know who would be working that day. We took the first week off leaving the key for them and went about our day. Came back to everything tidy daily and they finished within 9 working days which was impressive. When all finished we were given a lovely gift which was a very pleasant surprise. We have a stunning bathroom and it’s all thanks to The Bathroom Company. Worth every penny.
