I have bought several things from "The Chain Hut" and all the items are nice and good quality.

Ordered some chains for 18-year-old son but unfortunately had to make a return due to indecisive son. Was very impressed with the quality of the chains and the packaging. Very luxe. And great value for money compared to some Insta-famous jewellery brands. I called up with a question about returns and spoke to Tony who was incredible. Chatted about what I thought of the product overall and the new ranges they're introducing. He sounded like one of the founders, he was so invested in good customer service. I will definitely be coming back to browse and buy for myself.

Soooo pleased with my order. I ordered a sterling silver rope chain for my partner and it couldn’t be more perfect! It’s light but still got that real silver feeling! It’s not to bulky or to thin it’s perfect would highly recommend. Delivery was so quick I ordered 10/2/23 and it arrived the following day!

Second time ordering from them. Good quality items, dispatched quickly. This time I had to return as I got the wrong size and the process was v smooth (though I’d prefer not to need a printer, but otherwise can’t complain!). Recommended.

My order was placed during the Royal Mail strikes.
Although I paid for tracked delivery. My item never arrived in time. After contacting Customer Service Tony arranged for a replacement order which arrived the following day. I must say at no cost to me. I was kept informed all the way.
I must say it was great to deal with a company who cared about Customer Service.
I will certainly use this company again.

I broke my chain after 2 yrs totally my fault and luckily at home as it holds a locket from my late momma … i need to say that Tony, customer representative was absolutely amazing and helped me choose the right replacement…. He spent 20 mins on the phone and sorted everything for me even down to postage…can’t wait for my new purchase and have the chain on where it always is … best customer service all year … highly recommend him for patience, experience and kindness… well done @thechainhut

what a lovely company. I purchased a chain from them and got the size wrong. I phoned and they couldn't have been more helpful. I reordered the correct size and didn't have to pay P & P, when it arrived in lovely little box there was also a small 'purse' to keep the chain in. Thank you Chain Hut I will be recommending you to everyone that needs a chain.

Great Customer Service. I purchased a silver ball chain necklace. It was easy to order, delivery was very quick and it was beautifully packaged, the necklace was lovely, however, I had ordered the wrong thing and had to return. The refund process was so quick, easy, hassle free and communications were great. Although I landed up not purchasing from The Chain Hut, I would definitely not hesitate in ordering from them again, and would highly recommend.
