I sent Michael an initial inquiry about an engagement ring on behalf of my (future) brother-in-law. I didn't know much about jewellery but I gave a budget and a diamond shape and Michael took care of everything else! The selection of rings he had looked out were beautiful, and when we liked the diamond of one and the band of another he ordered this to be custom made. A very professional yet friendly service and a top quality ring, thank you!

I had a great experience working with Michael at The Diamond Ring Company. He was helpful, responsive, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. From the outset, he took the time to understand what my partner was looking for and offered suggestions that really helped shape the final design.

What stood out most was how comfortable Michael made the whole process (this hadn’t been the case with other jewelers I’d spoken to, so it was a welcome change). He was also flexible and accommodating, never rushing things and always open to feedback.

Before I committed to anything, he provided CAD drawings and prototypes, which gave me full confidence in the design. The final ring turned out exactly as I’d hoped—beautifully made and true to what we discussed.

The pricing was very fair, and Michael’s after-sales service has been excellent too. He’s helped with resizing and follow-up questions with the same level of care as at the start.

Michael was extremely helpful in making the engagement ring for my now fiancé. He was quite happy for me to take the time I needed and come back several times and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision before I was ready. His advice was certainly to help provide me with the ring closest to what I wanted - I never felt he was trying to upsell me beyond what I described to him. Absolutely would (and do!) recommend!
