I would highly recommend the company. I bought an engagement ring and will be returning to buy our wedding bands. Michael was very patient and explained all of the possible options in detail, with numerous examples to hand for each design. There is no sales push at all and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. My fiancé loves the ring and it is exactly as per the custom design I created.

Me and my partner chose The Diamond Ring Company for the purchase of our engagement ring after originally being recommended them from a friend who had also used them. We did our research and visited a few places in Hatton Garden and just felt incredibly confident in using them. At every stage both Michael and Alex were incredibly helpful and lovely to work with. They were not pushy at all, had a great selection of rings to look at and were able to support in tweaking designs to make custom rings. They talked through everything you would need to know and answered any and all of our questions and were super friendly and patient in the process. Their prices were also incredibly competitive as they don't have large and chain shop fronts, instead having an 'on appointment' room above the main shops in HG making the experience far more enjoyable and calmer. As for the ring. I am in love with it! They had such beautiful designs and were able to tweak mine making it feel bespoke and exactly what I was looking for. I am so so happy with my engagement ring, the quality of the diamond, the craftsmanship and the final product. So a very big thank you from us, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking at engagement rings and will be back for our wedding bands soon!

Michael helped craft a bespoke diamond engagement ring for my Fiance. The process was exceptional from start to finish and the final product was faultless. Michael carefully explained the key characteristics of the stones and flagged where to focus to ensure highest quality. The turnaround time was ~4 weeks quicker than other providers of a similar service and Michael was extremely responsive throughout the process. The pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny. The high standard continued post-purchase with a resizing completed within 24hrs and clear guidance on aftercare and maintenance.

We had a great experience with the Diamond Ring Company. They designed a bespoke diamond engagement ring from a design we found elsewhere, creating a mock-up and advising on adjustments of how the ring and diamond placement would look to ensure it was the perfect design.

Michael was incredibly helpful and patient each step of the way, ready to answer and reassure us with any queries. After we'd received the final ring, Michael was helpful with adjustments on resizing the ring. He has a very friendly and reassuring manner.

Compared with a lot of shops in Hatton Garden, Michael was not pushing for a sale or trying to persuade us to buy from him, but quietly confident in his expertise and open to offer general advice with a big decision like buying an engagement ring. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the Diamond Ring Company again as you buy from quality craftsmen.

My family’s relationship with The Diamond Ring Company started in 2023 and continues to this day due to the exceptional service and quality of product received.

In 2023, we visited to try on various potential engagement rings, purely to make to gauge what size we should get and whether the shape and style I had chosen for her were suitable. We informed Michael O’Sullivan of this and despite the fact that he knew he would not get the sale, he was very generous with his time, knowledge and assistance. We left feeling more informed and looked out for by a professional.

In 2024, we returned to view and purchase our wedding bands together just before our wedding. Again, Michael was very generous with his time and helped us select two beautiful rings that we were both extremely happy with (and made some suggestions we may not have considered but which came off perfectly in concert with my wife’s engagement ring). It was another pleasant experience which reduced our stress greatly.

This year, 2025, I returned in search of a tennis bracelet for my wife’s 30th birthday. Michael was very responsive to my email communications beforehand and not only informed me about his own company’s offering but helped me navigate the products offered by several other companies that I was considering in addition to his product. It was invaluable advice and, after some time to consider, I decided to go with The Diamond Ring Company’s bracelet (and am very happy I did). In the same visit, he resized a couple of rings for us without any fuss.

All three experiences with this company have been pleasant and painless. They really care about customer service and making sure that buyers are fully informed about their products. The rings and bracelet purchased have been top quality. The products are customisable to a good degree (size, metal used, lab grown vs ground diamonds, etc) and are great value for money.

We intend to come back for all of our diamond / jewellery needs in future.

The service is top class, Michael was brilliant, walked through everything I needed to know and made the whole process relaxed and easy. We needed to make minor adjustments to ring size after the fact which were accommodated really quickly/ easily.
