Hi Lee. I'm not sure what the issue might be as you don't give much detail in your review. I've also checked our email and I don't see any complaints from your email address. Please drop me an email so we can try resolve your problem. No point leaving a review with no detail as this doesn't help us improve where we might have let you down. Gerry@theecigstore.ie look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Gerry

Overpriced
Overpriced. Can get the same things on Amazon for half the price. Items also arrived loose and no packaging. Wouldn’t order again.,

Hi leanne the prices are in line with other Irish based vape business. I'm sure you will understand amazon are massive world wide supplier we could not possibly compete with them. We clearly display our prices on our website you you know what your paying before placing you order. We ship coils which is what you orderd as this allows us to sell them individually and not per box.
This why you received your coils lose inside a padded envelope.
Kind regards
Gerry

Great vape , little misleading
Great vape .. delivery was excellent next day delivery to so 5 stars on that. But the description of the vape I got said in the box you will receive the mod and spares etc..also said 5ml tank which I knew isn't usually available in Europe so that was abit misleading but aside from that absolutely excellent.

Hi John unfortunately it's against the law under tobacco regulations to give away free nic shots with online sales unfortunately it's completely out of our control. Please bear in mind our discount prices on shortfill should cover the no nic shots
Kind regards
Gerry
