My order arrived beautifully packed; secure and well chilled. I put some of the items into my freezer and we have eaten the turkey breast which was unbelievably delicious. It was tender and succulent and full of flavour. We have also eaten some of the delicious chicken wings. Very good quality. I can’t fault the delivery at all. Well done. And thank you.

Do not buy from these you will get stung. I ordered from these i had items missing so they credited my account which meant I had place another order to get my money back. So I ordered a £80 mystery meat box on the 11th of August on the 11th of September it arrived and all they sent me was a pack of bacon! Despite 2 weeks of trying to contact them several times via email app message service and filling out online forms no one has bothered to get back to me

The chicken was off and had an awful smell, resulting in me having to throw it away.

Refund not sent as requested. Email being ignored. No customer service phone number.

The meat I received in my last delivery was first class, all well packaged my freezers are now full.

Excellent service and great value for money and excellent delivery service

Absolutely disgusted at the online complaints team. I had a delivery of meat and my bacon was already 4 days out of date. They have done absolutely nothing about it 😡

Chicken amazing. Really disappointed in the sausages not at all what I was expecting more like really thin sausage.

I ordered on 21st August, did not arrive until 12th September. It was only after I contacted them as there was no communication from there side. Order was short of thin steaks. Again no communication from them. Very poor service

Ordered 12th of August Waited a month for the meat to turn up 8th sept also payed for Saturday delivery turned up on Tuesday tuned up in a smashed up box with the chicken open and flies all over it unsuitable to consume
And none of the meat is British as advertised Ignored all my emails for a refund for the chicken everything else was fine poor customer service

I received unsmoked bacon instead of the smoked that I asked for, the chicken that came I threw in the bin as it smelled disgusting, I appreciate that you can get some sort of smell because of what it’s packed in, but this was really bad.
i won’t be ordering anything again. I also had a joint of beef in a previous order which was also horrible, mostly gristle

I was sorry to hear of the electricity failure, however I was delighted as always with the produce

Placed my order and booked delivery date, reminder messages came through week of delivery, order delivered on time and well packaged.
