Should have read reviews! No product, no answer to countless calls, messages, chats. HOW IS THIS SITE NOT SHUT DOWN???

SCAM website, do not use!

No communication back, no refund, wrong product sent.

Order not arrived

Total scam shop, luckily my bank refunded my account as I paid with my credit card.
Trading Standards, HMRC are currently investigating them, karma will land very very soon

Do not use this company and do not set up any payment plans. Even when you ask them to stop sending out goods that I have been doing they still send out and steal your money. I have been calling and writing for over 9 months and still nobody will call me back. They sent me a returns label and I sent back the goods and still they won't return my money. I even put my credit card on hold so they couldn't take a payment and they still managed to steal some more money. Yes I'm very angry.

Again after months and months (at least 10months) I am still trying to get my money back for filter sent out and money taken on my credit card. Today again they are trying to steal my money from my credit card. When you call you are unable to speak to anybody and they tell you to call back. Never anybody to answer the call. They are outright theives. DO NOT USE THEM

No delivery but when challenged with credit card company they appear out of nowhere. No boxes no authenticity stickers. Obviously counterfeit.

This company hasn't supplied the goods I ordered and will not respond to any contact, we are now going to the small claims court.

I ordered a filter for my Samsung fridge freezer on 14th November and I’m still waiting. After not hearing that my order had been sent, I tried calling but they didn’t answer and there is no option to leave a message. Having tried again I spoke to a human, who blamed the ‘no show’ on Royal Mail, saying he would sent with Dpd on next day delivery. That too didn’t materialise but I did receive a notification from The Fridge Filter Shop that it had been sent by Royal Mail. However, when searching the tracking number, for some reason, it can’t be traced.
I have continued to try calling but there is no answer.
I have reported the problem with SHOP and will be contacting Samsung.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I always normally read reviews! But didn't this time and sod's law!
2 weeks and nothing despite numerous messages.
Avoid as they have either gone bust or are dodgy.
Will contact bank for a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my filters with Filter Fridge Shop. Like others, I have ordered 3 Samsung Filters 2 weeks ago. Have called, left messages , sent emails but no response. Absolutely shocking service. Website says fast delivery (2-4) days. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.
Stay well away from this company!

See my earlier review below. I have still not received my goods. Royal Rail say they haven't received them but FFL say 'the order has been fulfilled'. They have been asked for and not supplied evidence of dispatch.

I ordered the wrong filter in error, waited weeks for it to begin with, did manage to eventually get reply to a phone call, but up to that point they’d ignored all emails. I returned the filter as instructed hoping I’d get it replaced and ….. nothing! So effectively they’ve stolen £44 from me. Again no one answers the phone, no replies to emails and no one answers live chat! Basically they are thieving B ……s! Don’t use this company ! Ever!

Have used this company for a few yers...and service was great...until now! Was on their subscription service...but they were sendng the samsung fridge filters out too frequently! auto emailed me in Oct. 2024 to say another order was on it's way...I mailed them to say Thanks, bit dont need any more and they still send it and of couse took payment....sent the item back, but no response to a refund...If FFS read this pls email me - Order No #1000181640

I bought th wrong filters and returned them as per their instructions. Had to chase and eventually got asked via email if I wanted a refund or replacement. Asked for a refund and haven't heard back since despite chasing. It now ben another month with no response. Absolutly appalling service. Still waiting for my £40 odd back.

A Scam Business Do Not buy from them, wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. have sent e amails and have called but no reply to any of them. Cant even leave a voice message, Have reported them.

I have used this company for many years without any issues. Every 6 months I’d receive an email saying my cartridge is due to expire so I’d place an order and it was dispatched and received promptly. Back in January I decided to sign up to the 6 month auto subscription. I placed my first subscription order on 11th January for a Samsung WSF 100 cartridge and I’m still waiting to receive it now. Apparently there was a supply issue and, back In March, when I managed to speak to someone, they said they would send me a full refund. It’s now October and I’ve received no money or cartridge. I’ve tried calling but nobody answers and you can’t leave a message. I’ve sent numerous emails asking for my money back but all I get is a generic email each time or on the odd occasion a response from someone called Katie asking me to confirm my order number. I’ve even tried the online chat, but still no response. I’ve threatened to take action against them and still nothing. As far as I’m concerned they have acted in a fraudulent manner and have stolen my money. They should not be allowed to trade as they are in breach of the consumer’s act and are in breach of the law

Don't bother with this company. They say items are in stock but never turn up.

They don't respond to online chat or phone calls. If (like me) you didn't read this first and did give them your money, they do seem to respond to a strongly worded email calling out the Consumer Rights Act, and at that point they gave me a prompt refund. Otherwise I am sure they would have happily kept my money.

I placed an order on the 3rd of October. It is now the 11th of October and still the order has not been dispatched.

I think this website is a scam. I will report them
