6 weeks and still waiting for delivery. Should have read reviews on trust pilot and avoided.

If I could give zero I would this company is a joke I ordered 2 filters on the 22nd may 3 weeks later and after 3 phone calls I was promised 3 times it was dispatched however I have still not received my order after looking at the Royal Mail tracking it says waiting for details I will never order again from this company and would recommend that you don’t either I’m not sure if I will ever receive it AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have been waiting over 3 weeks. No reply to email and voicemail box is full so you cant leave a message.

Didn’t deliver or refund as promised. Place is a scam. Been waiting 2 months but now they are ghosting me.

I have paid for a samsung fridge filter and weeks later I have not received it yet.
They do not answer the phone and they do not answer to the ticket system they have in place.
Using the "contact us" to send an email does not work neither.
There is no customer support, but they do like keeping your money

I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks and nothing has been delivered. I’ve contacted a number of times via email and asked for a refund but haven’t received one. Tried calling but no answer and can’t leave a voicemail. I’m now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back (over £100!)

Ordered genuine Maytag filters. Received generic filters instead. Wouldn’t respond to 5 emails of telephone ansaphone message. Ended up reclaiming through credit card company. Very unsatisfactory.

I ordered my filter 6 weeks ago. The company is ghosting me now, initially having apologised and stating the filter would be here in a matter of days. That was a month ago. They have not responded despite contacting to ask for a refund. My next step is small claims.

tried to place and order, order confirmation went to a 404 error page, payment taken but order not placed. numerous emails trying to explain that I didn't think the order had even been placed. Asked them to refund my money - Crickets!!!
Opened a dispute with PayPal and re-ordered from Amazon for £10 cheaper! A bunch of scamming charlatans. The reviews speak for themselves!

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered two filters, paid and ordered confirmed and a month later, nothing, no answer to emails, phone lines not answered or went to a message and only got the filters when I started a formal claim with PayPal. Surprisingly the filters shipped the following day. Will never deal with them again

I spoke too soon in my review! After six weeks my fridge filter finally arrived. So the company are not scammers or charlatans, but it would’ve been helpful if they had responded to my emails or explained that they were having problems with stock.

Do not use this company total sharks. Still not received my item ordered in January, been told it would be dispatched when I phoned and spoke to an idiot. I then got a tacking number Royal Mail which they do not recognise it does not exist. Luckily I paid with Pay Pal so have set up a resolution ...

Nearly 2 weeks on and they haven’t sent the item. No reply to online contact form, no reply to any emails have had to contact Barclaycard now to put in a dispute. Do not under any circumstances use this company because they are scammers. Wish I’d read this first on trust pilot

After using these people for years, they have disappeared into a black hole. Wrong produce, no refund, telephone line a joke.DO NOT USE. Wish I had checked with Trust pilot. A joke.

1 star is too high a score. Hopeless service. 2 weeks after ordering I am still waiting for my delivery. I will try cancelling my order soon - if that fails its a claim to my credit card company I guess. Avoid, avoid, avoid

Shame I didn't look at Trustpilot before ordering. These guys have had my money and have now fallen silent! I do believe they are simply scamming money from customers who they hope will just give up chasing them!

Awful service. It took over 6 weeks for my fridge filter to arrive after calling them 3 times. They kept saying the product was coming but it didn’t after I accused them of being a scam company. Do not order from them!!!

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COST - Phoned them every week as never received my order after receiving the royal mail tracking link, every week they told be it will be here so I have waited in on the day they advised and still nothing. I requested a refund which they advised they will do but nothing! I am now in contact with my bank - wish I had read the reviews before ordering, lesson learned!

SCAM!
Sent me a Royal Mail tracking link that still says 'awaiting items from seller' 2 weeks later. The live chat isn't live. The phone number just goes to an answerphone that says "this mailbox is full" before disconnecting.
The only response I've had it to re-send me the same Royal Mail link and tell me that the oder has been fulfilled. Glad I bought with a credit card, but AVOID at all costs.
