Something has happened to this company. I have used them several times in the past & received orders quickly & efficiently. However I am now experiencing all the problems listed by other recent reviewers with my current order.
Not received after 3 weeks, tracking number says awaiting goods, no reply to phone number, finally email response from Katie who fobs off with reply “tracking working”.
Am now going to try for refund for 2 filters.
Do not use.

Ordered filters back in may and have received nothing. They said they would refund me but still nothing, no answer by email or phone. Terrible company and the owners should be held responsible as this is a scam to get people’s money

Just a repeat of all previous reviews - this is a complete scam - no order sent, no calls answered. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. Will be in touch with CC company to try and get a refund

1 star is too generous for this company. They are dreadful to deal with. Waited over 2 months for an item to be delivered! I complained and asked for a refund but then they stopped answering calls and stopped replying to emails. Won’t be ordering anything from this company again.

This company does not exist. Do not buy from them. No filter delivered. Promised a 2nd one... nothing. Weeks ho by and then you have to claim off your credit card for a refund.

My experience was only in respect of placing and cancelling an order.

I placed an order on 29-June for 2 filters, I wasn't sure about the model and sent them an email on 3rd July to cancel if not already sent, they emailed me back straight away and said it was fine and I received a refund 3 days later.

Regarding the reviews here, I can only comment on my experience and there was nothing untoward.

Since I only interacted without placing the order I would have given 4 stars, but took one off for the following:

1. The company name appeared in my online banking as "Sp D295ec 2" - it should match the web site name.
2. The web site needs a cancel button.
3. I'm writing this because they sent me an email and asked me to, and the email had a couple of mistakes, it said "we hope you are enjoying your filters" and contained a 'review' button that didn't work (probably because my order was never fulfilled)

Not bad.

ORIGINAL: Definitely a scam company. I ordered a filter a month ago and it has never arrived. A lesson to check Trustpilot.

EDIT: After I published this review, the filter arrived a few weeks later. I can't say if this was a result of a review, or just an extremely delayed order. In either case, I'm deeply suspicious of this company and would advise ordering elsewhere.

If I could have given zero rating , I would have. Plus I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered .
This is the most rude, incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Avoid .

Ordered three filters for 120 pounds and received nothing. Asked for a refund and have heard nothing. I bet these are scammers thinking people will raise dispute with the card company and will get compensation while they steal your money. We should all take legal action against the two individuals running this scam. There addresses and names are available on company house website.

Probably the rudest 'customer service' I have ever had to deal with.
Tried sorting out the delivery of an incorrect filter (*see below).
First call seemed OK - sent me a return label.
Second call, after hearing nothing - very rude, I could hardly get a word in to explain the situation. Even said the return label shouldn't have been sent out. Said he would look for the returned filter.
Third call, after hearing nothing again - back to being nice again - the replacement should be with me in a couple of weeks.
Fourth call, because yet again I had heard nothing - very rude again. Again unable to get a word in to explain the situation. He then hung up.
I will now not have anything to do with this company.
*'Disclaimer' - This filter was ordered as a spare a couple of years ago. Checked the delivery invoice - correct filter. Came to use it - opened the box - wrong filter inside. Then all the above began.

Dreadful service. Ordered 2 filters and nothing arrived. Chased by phone after 10 days and then received one filter by Royal Mail a few days later. Have had to chase again for second filter. No explanation or apology. I have no idea when, or if the second filter will arrive. I will never use this company again.

Took over a month to arrive. I had to contact them multiple times to try and get an update on delivery. Finally arrived with filters wrapped in plastic bag with no padding. The end of the filter had ripped through the bag and was hanging out. Will never order from them again. Stay clear.

Do not waste your time ordering from this company. Absolutely appalling service (or lack of) from them. I ordered a fridge filter on 2nd June. On 12th June I received an e-mail saying my order had been despatched and I could track my order. The tracking system didn't work. Nothing arrived by 21st June so I e-mailed a second time and they responded on 23rd saying they had despatched the order. On 26th June they e-mailed to say they hoped I was pleased with my order - WHAT ORDER?!! NOTHING HAD ARRIVED. I tried to phone but got a message saying nobody could take the call and I couldn't leave a message. I tried 'live chat', but no response. I phoned again on 1st July and actually managed to speak to a person, but he was not really customer friendly and just abruptly told me my filter would be delivered by Friday 4th July. No apologies, explanation for the delay - NOTHING! It actually arrived on the 3rd - at last! Then today (4th July) I get an e-mail from them asking me to 'help them out' and leave a review, but when I clicked on the tab, it just takes me to their home page, so no ability to leave a review via their link at all! I tried 'live chat' again, but no response again. I will certainly NOT be using this company again.

Ok it took time but they arrived and they are what I ordered

I'm yet another reviewer who has not received their item. I placed an order almost a month ago, was issued with a Royal Mail tracking number a week later. The item has never been received into the RM system.
Despite numerous emails, I have received no communication other than I have now received an email from the company asking me to review my filter. When I clicked the link, it took me to the page to buy another filter, not to leave a review.

Pretty Sure a Scam, if you place and order you get the usual manufacturing rubbish, then you get sent a shipping number which links to a parcel which Royal Mail are waiting on but never get

They will send you the same response to all emails or they’ll ignore you, your best bet is to raise a dispute with card / bank as they’ll get your money back

And funnily enough someone managed to try and report this review for ‘defamation’ it can’t be when you have an honest held belief like I do that this company ignores its customers and pushes them to disputes via Visa. It also sends false responses and updates to customers about orders Lies Lies and Lies

They are a scam! Don’t go near them…
Like previous reviews they have not delivered goods and sent tracking numbers that don’t exist.
I am not contacting ACTION FRAUD..

Do so wish I had checked Trust Pilot first but when you are buying something as innocuous as a filter it doesn’t occur. Anyway I paid my money I got replies from emails giving me tracking numbers that the Royal Mail system didn't recognise. I got a story about manufacturing problems but have got my filter? No. Shame on them.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE

I placed an order for a twin pack of filters in March and after several phone calls and after being given two different order numbers by the telephone operative, one filter eventually arrived in the post.

After numerous phone calls to have the second filter sent and after numerous excuses by said operative, I eventually contacted Katie in the “customer care department” and asked for a refund. Despite providing all the necessary information for said Katie to trace my order she claimed she was unable to do so. I had clearly provided her with my name, address, order date, payment amount and date etc, etc, etc. Despite that she still claimed she was unable to find any details of me or my order and finally asked me if I was someone called Vitalis Jurkus from West Drayton. As she knew I lived in Berkshire that was a little strange !?

Needless to say, I have neither received my second filter nor a refund and have heard nothing more from these people.
