Yes I didn't check these reviews and got scammed too. They take your money immediately and don't respond to emails nor send you the product. Surely they can be prosecuted for fraud? I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure I get my money back and that these scammers are dealt with.

THE FRIDGE FILTER SHOP changed their name on trust pilot to FFS (LMAO) - Likely to stop people finding their reviews! I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Ordered weeks ago and nothing arrived. I tried contacting the company and no answer. Eventually Opened a bank claim and suddenly they replied saying the products were all mouldy and would offer a refund. They did not. Then they said package was lost and they are investigating. Reiterated I wanted a refund and nothing. Then they sent tracking details for an order they shipped the day before (as per tracking info) but claimed it was the missing package from weeks ago and there was nothing they can do. No refund. Package arrived and returned via a FREEPOST label they sent (untracked) but I obtained a proof of posting as they are clearly trying to scam the system and not give a refund. To this date there is no refund nor accountability taken from them. They hide behind this 'we have been trading since blah blah' script, but have no interest in upholding their company reputation, as they lie and cheat customers, which is clear in all the other reviews on trustpilot. They have reported reviews to have them edited, so what was a 3 line review is now an indepth review. If they wanted an update, here you go. I'm taking you to a small claims court, I WILL be reporting you to ActionFraud and I am taking action against you via bank and in all legalities because you cant think you can simply get away with this behaviour. Taking hundreds of peoples money and thinking you can get away with it?? I would suggest anyone reading to report them, not just add to the reviews which they seem to think they can report and have removed!

Ordered a fridge filter, no communication after order placement, no response to email, still waiting....

Ordered a replacement over 3 months ago. Nothing arrived - i chased after a month was told had received a faulty batch and it would be another two weeks. Still nothing - have chased multiple times for a refund. Now about to take them to caught. My recommendation is do not buy anuthing from this company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. I wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered 2 filters and paid for them on Saturday 25th October. Their website say fast and free delivery!! I have been waiting a week now, been lied to by a member of staff saying my filters were with Royal Mail yet I now have an email saying they are still processing my order.

An absolute sham of a company who take your money without consent even when you have cancelled the subscription. Subscription items either didn’t arrive or took weeks. Even when blocking the company with my credit card they still managed to take an unauthorised payment.

There is no way to get them to stop taking money, they won’t listen don’t respond to emails. I’ve now had to cancel my credit card fully to stop them.

Avoid at all costs.

They did deliver a few filters on a subscription basis, although one was late. When a second one was late I didn’t think anything of it, but after six weeks I chased it. They sent another and that didn’t turn up either. I chased them about that twice, and then asked for a refund. Was told I’d get an email confirmation… no email. I’ve asked my credit card company to sort it out for me.

Would not recommend this company at all.
Took over 2 weeks for the filter to arrive.
Customer support advised after 1 week that there was a stock issue problem.
Called twice more and told that filter on it's way..
Finally arrived.
Would not recommend them at all!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed – still no order after months!

I ordered two Maytag fridge filters back in mid-August for £75.99 and they have still not arrived. I was told by customer support that there was a problem with the batch and that the items would be sent the following week — that was at the start of September.

It’s now been over two months, and I’ve had no communication, no updates, and no refund. I’ve tried to be patient, but this has been a terrible experience. Very poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company based on my experience — I’ve been left out of pocket and still without the products I paid for.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a total scam. I have ordered from them years ago and I remember the delivery taking a while but this takes the biscuit. No communication after taking my money and after a week of chasing they couldnt tell me when my order would even be dispatched!
Eventually got the refund after asking 3 times. Let's see if the money actually goes back in my account...

Paid for two filters not arrived and unable to contact them going through CC charge back I wish I checked the reviews first careful with this company

I ordered a frake G3 filter replacement .
I should have read the reviews .
The one sent was a off the peg one not the dolton in the picture.
And to top the matter it was in compatible.
So i rung and yes i have to say the man at the end of the phone was nice said no problem we will refund you.
So far with silly e mail saying sent and ignoring my request for a refund.So at the moment i have passed to the Credit Card Company.How dose this company carry on trading like this 😠

I've never reviewed anything before- if I could give zero stars I would. Having used this company previously, I recently ordered 2 fridge filters, and a few days later got an email to say they had been despatched, with a link with a Royal Mail tracking number. This link indicated that Royal Mail were waiting to receive my order, and it has remained this way ever since. The payment had been removed from my credit card account on the day I placed the order, which has never been delivered. I attempted to contact the company by phone (always straight to voicemail) and by email a number of times, but have received no reply. I eventually contacted my credit card company who have refunded the cost. I would advise potential customers against ordering from this company, as from recent reviews it seems unlikely that you will ever receive your order .

3 months ago I ordered 2 water filters which never got delivered. Called many times just to be told that goods were on their way or were being re-ordered. Again never arrived. After 2 months I asked for refund - again I called a few times just to be told that the refund was still in process. But I haven't received anything to this day.
The company looked legit but clearly is a scam!

I have had a subscription for 9 years and like clockwork the new filter turns up
This year my payment of £39.98 was taken 13thAugust One week later I was still waiting for the filter and when I checked my account it said it was processing - I tried to ring and on every occasion hit a voicemail message to say they couldn’t take my call and I couldn’t leave a message
Countless on line chats have been fruitless they say they cannot see any subscription even though I can
I have now cancelled my subscription and asked my bank to start a charge back

I am another person who hasn’t received their filter. I’ve cancelled the repeat prescription I had set up but have to wait 30 days before I can request a chargeback on my credit card.

Total scam, never had any intentions of supplying filters.
Avoid at all costs.
Reported to bank.

Placed an order, paid £85.49, been reassured that my order will arrive on the 18th of July, as I was going away on the 19th. On the day in question, they haven’t even dispatched my order, so I cancelled it. I have come back home, still no refund. They are a lowlife, thieving scum.

Ordered and paid for goods on 25.07 - still not arrived - cannot get through on their phone, itjust hangs up on you - started online chat and they advised they would get back to me promptly, this was on 14.08 and still not heard anything. This lot be be avoided at all costs

Ordered and paid for a fridge filter July 15th still waiting for it, however, received a 'leave a review' email request. So here it is - 'they are absolutely useless, called and just a machine with no message capability, chat that says order waiting to be fulfilled, yet website says stock is available. Don't use them and I will inform Fisher Paykel not to recommend them'.
