I have not received any email from you as yet? Now edited to one star after having my account blocked after mentioning I have autism to someone on their online chat, shocking service and now no chance of ever seeing my winnings at all these were to treat my nan who’s stage 4 cancer nobody gives you a straight answer at all I feel very discriminated against and it’s totally unacceptable. Callum from customer support has been awful, intimidating and patronising absolutely dreadful service from him, I find it rude when you try to ask a question or get an answer this is the only email reply you get , it’s really not fair the way customers are treated not fair at all

At first Customer service was very helpful and I left a 5 star review BUT when my details were forwarded to the verification team I did not hear anything back. I emailed twice again and was informed to kindly wait for a reply. A couple of weeks later I emailed again and was sent quite an abrupt message which was quite upsetting and weeks later still have not received anything back. All I asked was why it was taking so long to verify my account as I was worried I had forwarded personal information. If the company did not accept my application why not just inform me? This is worrying
