Absolutely shocked by their total lack of care. My new vw van has been with them for 6 week and still no closer to getting it repaired under warranty. They are well aware this is my van for work so not been able to work in my van for 6 weeks yet seem not to care less. I will never use jcb vw Sittingbourne again. I would rather drive all the way to Canterbury for my van servicing/repairs from now on. Be very careful and think twice before using jcb vw centre Sittingbourne. Mr Ian Jackson.

Terrible customer care.
I called in because my car that is less than a year old developed a fault with the petrol cap not locking.
The earliest they could fit me in was 13 days!
I phoned them the same day requesting my car getting serviced, surprise surprise, 3 day wait.
Disgusting that if you’ll be handing them money they can help but anything done under warranty (meaning no money) you are put at the bottom of the list!
I phoned another dealer and I was able to be helped the same day.
Terrible company. You won’t be getting my business ever.

We found Max Montgomery of JCB Renault & Dacia Rainham to be professional, helpful and courteous. When we collected the new car he was unhurried and explained all the admin process thoroughly (without taking ages). He gave a comprehensive overview when showing us the new car and answered all our questions. The after sales follow up email is a very nice touch. A very professional, pleasant and amenable young man.
Would definitely do business with this branch again. Thanks Max.

We have purchased our cars from JCB for more than 10 years we have purchased several cars in our family new and used and have all ways had excellent customer service from Ian @ Medway all our cars are serviced with Michael and Nicola in after sales service team at ashford and as always excellent customer service. Nicola and Michael offer first class advice very efficient all ways help full

Purchased a Mercedes from JCB in January. After 10wks of ownership the car developed some mechanical issues. I contacted their sales manager Derek Sweeny, I was expecting a bit of a fight (the car was used) how wrong was I! Derek was understanding and fair he took charge of the process to get the repairs done the warranty kicked in with no issues but the total cost was more than the allowance. Derek asked for a copy of my invoice and the balance of £400 was paid by cheque to me. All this was done remotely as I bought the car in Gillingham and i live in North Lincolnshire. Thank you Derek, job done! Great service.

Don't get involved with these thieves. Tried twice to steal £4k from me. Now they want to sell a car which I ordered 8 months ago to someone else, because they san sell it at a premium and at the same time steal £4k from me. BE WARNED

Visited both the Citroen Rainham and VW Gillingham sites looking at cars, both sites had friendly staff who were happy to spend time talking to us about the vehicles. We purchased a nearly new car from the Gillingham branch and px-ed our old car. Showroom was clean and tidy, staff were polite, and we are very happy with our car which we drove away several days later after a service and clean.

And still JCB have failed to explain themselves or even contact me. Happy to sell you a car but after that.....

Euro commercials (Sittingbourne
Euro commercials (Sittingbourne, Kent) knowingly sold me a faulty van. They also refused my right to reject the van. I had to go to the financial ombudsman who finally forced them to do the right thing and accept it back.
I was promised some repairs would be done before collection and they never were. They were extremely rude and provoking throughout the whole dispute, highly unprofessional is an understatement.
Even to this date, I have not been reimbursed for my losses caused by this.
Definitely avoid this company.

I attended JCB Kia Rainham today, 12th Feb for Kia EV6 test drive and the customer service experience I received was very bad and I am suspecting it is because I have got a brown skin and the sales rep thought I couldn't afford the car.
My intention was to order the EV6 today with a possibility of part exchanging my current car (Jaguar F Pace).
At departure for the test drive, the sales person, Gemma Prescott requested for my car keys and driver's licence with the intention that she will return it to me before I proceed for the test driving but she didn't return it with no explanation given. It makes me feel like she thinks I will run away with a Kia. Also while stepping out of the dealership, it took her colleague to correct her that it was past 3.30pm as she initially asked me to return the EV6 at 3.30pm. About 20mins into the test drive, I got a call from her asking me to return the car to the dealership because my temporary insurance on the car has now expired and that she has another customer to attend to.
On arrival at the dealership, I expressed my disappointing at the way I have been treated by her and that I won't be doing business with her today but all she could do was to justify her actions with no apologies.

The EV6 is a fantastic car to drive, no doubt and I would have ordered one from them today if not for the way I was treated by the sales person. What makes a car brand is beyond the quality of cars they produce but also the quality of service they deliver to their customers. I wouldn't recommend JCB Kia Rainham to anyone with a brown skin like me as you might be treated the same way.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Have visited Renault JCB Medway twice now and always looked after well, first visit was for a service on my Clio and second to replace an air vent. Upon arrived I was shown an area where I could log on and continue working remotely and offered a hot drink. I was kept updated on progress on my vehicle and looked after well. Thank you all.

We brought a car last week. Connor carpenter dealt with us the whole way through and was amazing. Nothing has been to much trouble, polite and very dedicated to the customer. There was no pushing for a sale, was all very calm and relaxed and made buying a car a pleasure from him. He has gone above and beyond to help us. An asset to your company.

The management at jcb group are ignorant, liars and don't care as long as they get there targets met each month , I know one of there fitters and he has told me that they replace parts that don't need replacing they also charge for parts that are not fitted they are a shower of you know what DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR VAN TO THEM . I was at an industrial unit behind them and I saw a commotion outside , so I went and had a look and they were being raided by immigration surely that tells you what sort of company they are employing ilegals. Let's see if they reply too this review ,I doubt it as it's true. And they don't like the truth.
STAY AWAY FROM JCB GROUP. WHY HAVE THEY NOT REPLIED TO THIS REVIEW , COULD IT BE THAT ITS THE TRUTH.

Purchased a new car through JCB Medway in July 2021. After missing the delivery date they could not give any firm indication of when the car could be delivered. After raising our concerns, rather than try to understand them they just cancelled my order after 5 months of me waiting leaving me without a vehicle and having to start again to source another one. Would not recommend anyone to buy any vehicle through this dealership. The worst experience I've had dealing with any organisation in the automotive industry.
