We had the misfortune of a box being damaged in transit and goods being lost as a result. After contacting the customer care team, replacements were shipped . They were very helpful with further product queries and we will use them again.

I’m really sorry this issue only came to my attention after seeing this review. I’ve personally looked into what happened and completely understand your frustration, especially given the impact the missing items had on your Monday morning.
Your replacement order 9855356 has now been dispatched for Monday delivery. We were unfortunately out of stock of the original 6-piece screwdriver set, so as I couldn’t reach you to confirm an alternative, I personally approved and sent a 9-piece Amtech set instead, which is a higher-quality alternative.
I appreciate this doesn’t undo the inconvenience or the disappointing aftersales experience, but I want to make sure we put things right from here. I’ll personally handle any future queries you have with us.
As a gesture of goodwill, I’ve also offered a 7% refund on your original order to recognise the inconvenience caused.

Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. Online chat awful, part shipping orders, but being charged full amount which causes accounting issues when paid by card. Tried open an account 2 months ago, chased 3 times, got a reply from the COO 1 month ago and still not set up.
Given up and will rather pay more and go elsewhere.

Came to collect an order i placed
Came to collect an order i placed. Took forever to get into the building . Once in, the lady at reception ignored me whilst on the phone talking about making dinner. Not very professional. I have nothing against personal calls but not when you have a customer standing there waiting.
No issue with products very well priced. Hope next time will be more attentive. Will try again this has not put me off.

It arrived in a timely fashion but this delivery method was slow (expected) and done with little of the constant feedback some other carriers operate. That said, all good would buy again.
