Hi KM,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a voicemail but then struggle to get through when you called back. That's certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
I'd really appreciate the opportunity to look into what happened. If you could email me at harry@thesafetysupplycompany.co.uk with your order number or the phone number you called from, I'll investigate this personally and see what went wrong.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely value your feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to turn this into a 5-star experience.
