Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I'm pleased to hear your order arrived in good time. As soon as you let us know you needed the order quickly, we prioritised it to help ensure it reached you as soon as possible.
I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the return process. I'd just like to clarify that our 25% restocking charge applies to business customers only and is in line with our returns policy. Individual consumers can return eligible items without a restocking charge. In addition, if a business customer places a replacement order, we also waive the restocking charge.
If you would like me to review your order and return personally, please feel free to contact me directly at Harry@thesafetysupplycompany.co.uk with your order details. I'll be more than happy to look into everything for you.
Thank you again for your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our policy and hope to be able to assist you again in the future.
