The Wine Society is transparent in its dealings with its members. If anything goes wrong, such as a delivery incomplete for example or incorrect, the Society will correct the error immediately.
When mistakes have been made the Society apologises, even if the mistake is made by a third party such as the courier service

I always love a browse through the Wine Society website. I mostly go for the mixed cases just for economy but occasionally will treat myself to something special - there’s always a great choice. Delivery is always quick and being able to send wine to friends and family ‘foc’ has been really helpful when I need to send a gift.

One of the clear advantages The Wine Society has over rivals is their free delivery, whether it’s a half bottle or several crates it’s all the same, also areasonably quick deliveries.
The wine is consistently good with a wide choice and extremely well priced. The fact that they have a reasonable selection of half bottles also works in their favour. I’ve relinquished my other wine club memberships in favour of the Wine Society

In my opinion the Wine Society is the best source of good Bordeaux at the prices they charge.
I also try other wines on their site which are cheaper than the price that I'm willing to pay for claret. While I am occasionally disappointed with my choices, I am ALWAYS more than just content with their Bourdeaux.

The sales team and customer services are polite, efficient and helpful and the delivery exemplary - although I would recommend using The Society's own delivery vehicles.

Very sensible pricing for most of the everyday wines. It's always interesting to see the "Fine Wine" astronomical prices, too! Service is good, the free delivery is a real bonus. And there are always new ideas and regions to explore. My only quibble is that the Food Matches entry disappears once a wine is no longer available - if I've bought it, I still like guidance on matching.

Twenty year of wine society membership and it continues to be among the very best of retail experiences. Quality, value, great services and lovely people.

The wines I have had over the years from the Society have been on the whole stimulating and very enjoyable. Ordering is very easy using the website and delivery is unfailingly prompt and reliable. I find the employees of the Society very helpful now that I am getting older. Overall the wines are fairly priced and sometimes amazingly good for price paid.
