I order regularly from The Wine Society, both for business and personally. They have an excellent range, and the prices are competitive. Their returns policy is comforting, and their order and delivery system excellent.

First Class service
I was able to choose easily what I wanted, payment is easy too, and also delivery. Always on time, and delivered right to my door (in a block of flats) by a friendly delivery man.

I don't think I have ever had a wine that disappointed me. I have been buying wines from the Wine Society for some years. I have a number of favourites that I return to, but I also try out new wines that are suggested. me.An excellent delivery service

The deliveries are always reliable
The deliveries are always reliable, usually earlier than planned if anything. The wine choice is amazing - I choose old favourites but mix them up with unknown bottles. I’ve rarely had an indifferent one.

When I have required help, the staff on the phone have been excellent.
The website is not intuitive and I have to click back regularly to finish my order.
Their Delivery company used to be very good. They have deteriorated. They don’t issue updates on delivery.

My latest order was a disappoint- I made a mistake and order red wine tasting kit box and wanted white. Same price but was told could not change. Order already sent to warehouse, OK my fault but might have tried harder to satisfy a long term member who normally heaps praise on this co-op.
