Excellent customer service combined with superb knowledge and skill
Chad is a trainee in store and greeted and engaged me beautifully this morning. First impressions are so important and Chad did not disappoint.
Both Chad and his manager (Hayley?) were quick to assist not only with my original request (Hayley showing amazing skill and knowledge, Chad clearly engaged and keen to learn from her), but ably assisted with a couple of smaller requests before my leaving the store. I was very impressed.

Superb customer service and care
Superb customer service and care. The Three Newark team are all fantastic to deal with. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable they are excellent with providing solutions and assistance with mobile phone needs and guidance. I have been a customer for several years and the service and support with the Three Newark team is consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

A real help, sorted my problem 😁
Went in to the Newark store on the off chance someone could help with a settings problem on my Samsung phone which had lost its connection to WiFi calling. I spoke to Chris who was really helpful and sorted the problem for me and I'm not even a customer of Three. He knew exactly where to go in the phone settings. A Life saver for an old man with little knowledge on phone set up.
