The booking fee wasn't shown on the website when I bought the tickets.

The show I had purchased as a surprise birthday gift for my wife was cancelled at the last minute. The instructions on getting a full refund where not clear so I emailed Ticket Fairy and got a reply from Cynthia very promptly with a simple step by step guide on how to get a refund. The money was back in my account in a few days. Excellent service from Cynthia.

Our account got accidentally charged twice but customer service helped us out with our refund with one of our orders which we really appreciated fixing our solution

Needed to change my name on my ticket because I had changed my legal name since buying the ticket. Sent my gov-issued name change cert to the Ticket Fairy team and they had it sorted within minutes. Legends!
