Website easy to use and delivery options were great

Smooth simple process, just let down by long lead time.

My experience with Tiger Sheds has been extremely disappointing, and I would struggle to recommend them to anyone based on what I have experienced.
I purchased a log cabin with the expectation that I was buying a quality product from a reputable company. Unfortunately, the reality has been completely different.
From the outset, I encountered numerous problems, including **14 damaged roof panels**, missing glue, missing door handles and issues with the doors. I have also had to arrange visits from window companies to address problems, costing me additional money and causing unnecessary inconvenience.
The situation has been made even more frustrating by the way my complaint has been handled. Rather than feeling like a valued customer whose concerns are being taken seriously, I have spent considerable time chasing issues and trying to get a satisfactory resolution.
Replacement parts have not resolved matters either. I was left dealing with confusion over replacement doors and frames, and when the replacement doors finally arrived, they were visibly damaged despite still being wrapped.
This has become far more than a simple product complaint. It has cost me time, money and considerable stress. I have also had to pursue the matter with the finance company because of the ongoing problems with the order.
What disappoints me most is that I purchased this cabin expecting to enjoy it, not to spend weeks dealing with faults, deliveries, correspondence and unresolved complaints.
I believe customers should be able to expect products of acceptable quality and a reasonable level of after-sales service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Tiger Sheds.
At this stage, I am seeking a fair resolution, including discussing the return of the unit and a refund, alongside the additional costs and inconvenience I have incurred.
**My advice to anyone considering buying from Tiger Sheds is to do your research carefully and make sure you understand how any problems will be handled before committing to a purchase.**
A very disappointing experience from start to finish.

Despite admitting there was an error in getting our item on the delivery list no offer to change anything, compensate or even allow specific day delivery. The shed was for an allotment and despite delivery being scheduled for way past the week the website had said they didn’t want to know. Cancelled our order and will pay a bit more for some actual customer service.

Purchased a Barn Retreat Summerhouse in 2022 and was generally pleased with the structure until recently when I noticed several of the shiplap panels at the rear of the barn had warped excessively to the point there were gaps where rain water would get into the structure. This excessive warping and shrinking was not apparent elsewhere on the barn. In my opinion with of 40 years building maintenance behind me, this is due to poor quality wood selection and possibly, poor construction, nail distancing. I have treated the structure every two years with Tiger wood preserve. Tiger absolutely rejected any notion of warranty responsibility, pointing to a clause in their Guarantee terms that states is has to be treated internally and externally every year or the Guarantee is void. Buyer beware if you put any faith in their 20 year Guarantee. I will never buy from them again or even recommend them to my worst enemy

While the shed appears to be of good quality, there seemed to be considerable dysfunction between customer service and logistics. It took 5 deliveries over more than 5 months from original order for us to get a door that fitted the shed (Double door shed). Three doors of the wrong size were sent and one door was warped, before finally the right size door in good shape was delivered. While we received a refund off our original purchase price, we did not feel the amount offered was suitable compensation for the challenges and dissatisfaction experienced and having an unlockable shed for five months after original purchase. Would not use again.

Simple pick and order system, ability to pay with apple pay made order completion easy. Delivery was great, on time and friendly. Note that kerbside delivery is just that, I suggest making sure you've planned the delivery, are able to unpack the pallet and move the sections to the build location, all sections are quite light and easily carried by one person.

Dreadful customer service. I booked a delivery date which was agreed and several weeks later was given a different day which I could not accommodate. The whole project has been delayed by several weeks because the delivery team cannot give you a definite day when it will arrive, all dates are provisional and subject to change at short notice. The customer service team could not solve this problem!

Fabulous shed well made easy to assemble could not fault service

Great looking shed, lots of information on how to put together and extra nails should you mess it up. Delivered on time and helped get it into my back garden, would recommend

Shed is of good quality and value for money. However delivery staff are rude and unhelpful.

DO NOT BUY. The absolute worse buying / retail experience I have ever had. Like so many other reviewers, I had missing parts. If this (missing parts) happens to you, this company is utterly incapable of dealing with it. Customer Services will apologies to you profusely, but will then NOT tell you the truth. "They're with the courier" - does not mean your parts are on a van and on the way. "The customer services manager will call you back" - doesn't mean she will call you back. In fact, it means you will not receive a call. Unbelievably, at Tiger Sheds, I was told - the Customer Services Department "... don't have a number for the logistics department"!? I do think the front line staff are genuine and make a real effort, however the senior leadership team in this company need to hang their collective head in shame - they are responsible for the woeful systems and processes. Absolutely Awful!

This is the 2nd shed we have bought from Tiger Sheds. The 1st was in our old house which was so easy to assemble and looked lovely, so when we moved we knew it would be Tiger Sheds that we bought from for our new home. Again, lovely shed easy to assemble and looks fab. No problems and would highly recommend.

I booked my shed on the internet. I phoned Tiger sheds when I had difficulty arranging installation and couldn’t access the extra promotional discount and they sorted this straightaway without any issue and refunded the discount to me. Customer service is excellent.

Brilliant from start to finish! Having read several bad reviews I thought I'd risk it as they were the best value I could find on the Web. Great communication throughout, delivered onto drive, 8x4 pent shed went up a treat. Would highly recommend!

I didnt expect to get the 5l of sage paint so quickly, on the can it is such a nice colour.

Prompt service so far

The shed was poorly made and as it had to be built on a particular weekend I had to rebuild one wall to erect it at all.

They give no compensation for this and aren't interested apart from saying they would have replaced the part which was no good to me.

If they had a proper checking system this wouldn't have happened.

I won't buy from them again.
