Don't get bittern by Tiger sheds!
We ordered a 6 x 6 Elite pressure treated shed, which was delivered in August, one of the side walls was found to have been built defectively, so we contacted Tiger sheds who said they would replace it, we received the replacement a fortnight later.
On building the shed it was discovered that the side panels and bargeboards provided were the wrong size and defective. On contacting customer service we were told that these would be replaced, again in a fortnight!
We have had to hire someone to build the shed, and all of these delays are proving to be very frustrating and costly for us.
Whilst I appreciate that after sales have replaced the defective items the turnaround time on this has been very slow, and without any form of compensation or even a token gesture. I planned to buy more from Tiger sheds in the future as I like their range, but the after sales experience has really discouraged any further purchases.

Appalling service from the ‘TEAM’…
Appalling service from the ‘TEAM’ promised delivery Tuesday, (day off), then Wed(another day off, then Thursday (another day off, delivered Saturday by a great guy (Marcin) who was brilliant.
The cabin, 11 short logs missing, 11 longer logs extra, I cut them to fit.
Many pieces without purpose…why?
Easy to erect, I did it in 16 hours saving nearly £1500.
If you have a lot of patience!!!

Great company to order from
Great service, delivery guys made sure it was near to where it was going. My husband managed to put it together by himself. I use it as a store shed for my upholstery projects so it has to be waterproof and it is well made .

A Shed You Could Sleep In
A great product went together very nicely and was surprised that the glass was real toughened safety glass with nice edges, not rubbish greenhouse glass. The shed looks great painted Blue, Lovely delivery driver a credit to Tiger Sheds. My only slight negative would be the 3 month wait, but I guess it’s better to be buying from a company that are busy, love the tiger shed V plate, a nice touch. Thanks ever so much

Apologies but the order of the shed was…
Apologies but the order of the shed was incredibly long and you could not give me a date of arrival until a few days before delivery. The door to my 7x5 shed was too short at 5'.6" was and is far too short as most adults are taller than that and I keep banging my head on the top of the door frame as I am 6 feet tall.
Otherwise the shed is brilliantly made and the main reason for buying it. The burnt orange preserver is good but was very expensive delivery costs.

Good Morning, Thanks for your review, Our standard delivery process is to give 5-7 days notice of a confirmed delivery date, as deliveries are not planned months in advance, which is why we give a provisional date for the customer to have a general idea when it will arrive.

Great product & great team
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the new Tiger shed - very well made, of sturdy construction and a great finish. The instructions pack and guide was thorough accurate and easy to follow. Assembled in one 1 day and roof next.
Additionally Id like to thank their delivery team super - arriving early and off loading right beside house on the drive way which was a real bonus.

As someone who had never bought a shed…
As someone who had never bought a shed before I had good informative discussions with James and Natalia. Found out later from email that Tiger did installation as well - to have been told that initially would have been helpful as well.

Happy repeat customer!
We have used Tiger before and now have a summer house installed, the staff are friendly, explain the process and options very well and gave us a discount as return customers! Our summer house is so lovely we are delighted with the build quality and how it looks, and come on, who doesn't love a little tiger 🐅 logo? Not the cheapest but well worth it, Peter and the team kept us updated and informed, turned up bang on time. Can't recommend highly enough good job guys. X

Excellent communication with this…
Excellent communication with this company. Good quality cabin at a very good price. Mix up with the tiger skin but cancelled and refunded without issue. Delivery went well, the delivery guy even helped place the pack in my front garden which is above and beyond as it's made clear from day 1 that it's kerbside delivery only.
