It looked exactly as described, and was really good quality too so I was excited to make a present for my friend. Alas, the package ended up in the hands of Evri. Very heartbreaking stress inducing experience, especially when my package was subsequently not delivered 💔 HOWEVER, I emailed Tiny box company and corresponded to the nicest woman from their customer service team (I think) (big up Faith💗) and she ensured it arrived within a day of reaching out for help, and before my friends birthday, so I was able to make the cutest 18th birthday box. It was such a nice experience #wouldrecommend #restoredFAITHinhumanity

10/10 customer service.
I had a problem with the delivery. I contacted Tiny Box who sorted out a replacement order straight away, no haggling. Which wasn't required, as the delivery company delivered it to a neighbour. Excellent customer service Tiny Box, 10/10. Again my order is of excellent quality. Will be buying again.

It was ok
It was ok, the boxes don't seem to be particularly well made. A lot of them were wonky and wouldn't square up. I think for the price you could probably do a little better elsewhere.

Fab gift box!
I needed a gift box for an item and this website had plenty of choice. Really sturdy box, good quality with magnetic lid, looked nice and smart. Really quick delivery and would definitely order from again.

Very good quality
Very good quality, so easy to assemble, liked the peel off sticky bits so you can stick edges together. Box was perfect size that I needed and couldn't find anywhere else, would use this company again

Faulty items, bad service
I ordered 300 mailing bags which were all faulty and broke during transit when I used them, causing me to have to refund multiple customers. One of the cardboard mailers I received in the same order was also faulty. They were initially defensive when I contacted them, I had to send multiple images and videos of the faults. They refused to fully refund the order as "Unfortunately, delivery costs are non-refundable under our standard policy".
