Recently requested a quote for new doors. The sales person who visited was helpful and there was no hard sell. I felt he listened to my requirements and ideas.

I used TK&I on the recommendation of family members . I had a conservatory updated and a year later double glazed windows installed . The work was done well although I did need to call them back to rectify certain errors which was done without a problem. I have recommended TK&I to a friend .

Having used them a couple of times, I cannot fault the workmanship and service standards.

The installation team was good, but not impressed with the sub-con electricians they used.

I first contacted T&K to enquire whether they could supply white aluminium, georgian-style replacement doors for my property. They said they could, and a rep' visited on 2nd August 2023 and gave full details of their product and cost. A survey was undertaken on 4th September and a fitting-date of 10th October agreed.
Every single member of their team was considerate, courteous and professional. They were prompt arriving for appointments and gave accurate information about the doors - which look lovely! The two fitters were friendly, worked without 'fuss' and were very competent, giving careful attention to both the finishing touches and tidying-up.

An excellent product at a a good price and fitted by professionals

We are very pleased with our triple glazed windows. Installers were friendly and tidy everyone was very helpful. Wish we had done them years ago, so much quieter and less draughts.

Last year they done new all windows in my home is really good and nice .

We had T&K Home Improvements install full length glass sliding doors into two of our rooms and were so pleased with the standard of the product and their work, we had them back to change our Exterior Doors & Windows the following year.
We actually recommended them to our neighbours who also had them to install new doors and windows.
They worked extremely well, happily and cleanly.

The remedial guys who came round to fix a massive leak in my bedroom window were amazing. They were professional and efficient. They answered all of my questions patiently and cleaned up after themselves. Great team!

T& K sent their representative to my house who spent time listening to what I wanted to do and achieve. He came with the actual sample window for me to see and use as demonstration. He took measurements accurately and was honest to what is doable , time frame and advantage of selecting one window and door type to another that enabled me make an informed decision. I was allowed time to think it through and not rushed. The pricing was good value for money, better than other quotes. They responded to my queries and the fitter also came on time and fitted the doors and windows promptly as proposed. I was told three days and it was that and there was no need to extend it. The fitters kept my house tidy and cleared up all rubbish at the end and my house was in clean condition. My house is warm and doors and windows well fitted/ amazing and am loving it. I will recommend T&K and installers (fitters) for their professionalism, high quality service and value for money. They added value to my home.
