Everyone was very helpful, from helping us choose and order our new front door and windows to having them fitted. The installation was arranged quickly so we could have them fitted before our holiday. The fitters did a great job and left everywhere very clean and tidy. We are really pleased, particularly with the new front door which looks very smart in dark navy blue.

Despite the scheduled team’s van breaking down on the way to us, T&K got another team together and the door was fitted the same day.
A few minor problems were rectified a few days later.

Front door fitted very well and we are very pleased with the quality of the product. However, after the fitters left we noticed a crack in the brick work where the old door was removed. T&K were great, this was sorted within a week. Thank you

I cannot recommend these guys enough. From the initial first meet right through to completion of the job.

We had front and rear doors fitted. Both to a very high standard, the finish around the doors looks great, despite our brickwork not being 100% level. They cleared up well and left everything tidy. The door came slightly out of alignment after a few months and wouldn't lock but someone came round within a few days and adjusted everything and it has been perfect since. We're very happy and would recommend them.

The windows were fitted efficiently, they look great, especially from inside the house. A big improvement from the previous replacement windows.

All front windows replaced on this occasion, subsequent to them replacing front & rear doors. Can't fault the products, backroom service, or particularly the speed and efficiency of the fitting team. Highly recommend this Company.

Thats every window , bay, doors and conservatory done now. House is 1898 and the flush casement windows look so period. Loads of people commenting on how good they look. Despite a slight issue on differing pricing in conversations with a sales rep and the marketing department the issue was very quickly and graciously resolved by management.
Fitters were excellent, polite, worked hard, left no mess which are all very important to us because we have a toddler running around. Products are great given we went for a more budget product, noticed a significant difference in temperature in the rooms we had new windows and door fitted.
