good price , delivered next wooking day

Items arrived quickly and efficiently. Only comment would be that packaging could be better as both inside boxes were open when I opened the outer box.

Very impressed with the speed Toolchimp operate at. Not so much with DPD delivery, you may want consider a different company to deliver, their lack of commitment could impact on Toolchimp

did not disclose supply issues, so far, four weeks to provide me with complete site lights and tripods.
i had to chase for updates, which they did respond to, but only after multiple calls and no call backs.

i have been partially supplied my order and told this morning 13 April. that the remainder of my order may be with me by the end of the month.

From customer service to delivery was first class, will use toolchimp again

Delivery was prompt, quality of products very good, prices competitive. Much cheaper than Amazon, would have given 5 stars but website not the best, needs a refresh I think as not best user interface.

Original order was misplaced but having a call from customer service regarding my order confirming it would be sent and delivered the following day. Received as stated and very happy with the outcome

Tool Chimp Customer services misled me and lied about delivery time frame. Goods out of stock goods not picked up by courier etc etc Goods now recieved after almost 2 weeks of problems. And multiple phone calls

No updates on an order placed on 16/03/26 I placed an Although they do not make the delivery date clear at the moment of the purchase, I have tried to contact them to a few times to ask it, and they have no answer. I had to start a bank dispute to claim the money back as an email requesting the order cancelation wasn't effective.

Absolutely shocking experience with Toolchimp. Placed an order and received no confirmation email, no order number, nothing at all — yet the money was taken straight out of my account. Since then? Complete silence.

Tried contacting them through every possible channel — phone, email, live chat, even WhatsApp — and not a single response. It’s like they just disappear once they’ve got your money.

At this point it genuinely feels like they take orders with no stock and then scramble to sort themselves out afterwards, leaving customers completely in the dark. It’s beyond unprofessional.

Avoid this company at all costs. They’re unreliable, unresponsive, and frankly pathetic. A business operating like this shouldn’t be allowed to continue.
