AVOID USING!
I rarely leave negative reviews but I feel the need to write this as a warning to anybody considering using this company either directly or through the Wowcher deal.
Travel Crew do not care about breaching contract.
I booked a city break in Amsterdam using the Wowcher deal in October to travel in January. During the initial phone call I paid a supplement to book direct flights and upgrade to a 4 star hotel. I was told that I would receive my travel documents 2 weeks before travel. When the two weeks came and went I started calling the company every other day, only to be told each time that “they would be with me within 24 hours”
Eventually when I spoke to them on the Friday before we were due to travel (the following Tuesday) they told us that our flights were cancelled (which was a lie).
Presumably this is because their intention is to hold onto your money for as long as possible before bulk buying any remaining seats on the plane at a lower cost. If the cost of the airline tickets is more than they want to pay they will simply tell you the flight is cancelled.
As we had pre-booked excursions in Amsterdam which were non-refundable I reluctantly agreed to change the booking to travel out a day earlier and return a day earlier to a completely different airport (meaning that we lost the money for a hotel we had pre-booked in Edinburgh the night before travel)
They tried initially to put us in a downgraded hotel in Amsterdam despite the upgrade which I had paid for. I argued this until eventually they gave in and said they would re-book us into our original 4 star hotel. At the end of the conversation he then told me that I would receive our travel documents within 24 hours. I naively believed him.
The following day (two days before travel) I had to ring back to chase up the new travel documents. Unbelievably, I was then told that there was a high chance the new flights had now also been cancelled (which was a lie). EasyJet were still selling tickets for these flights on their website.
I was told during this call that in the unlikely event that they could get us onto a flight he would email the tickets on the day of travel!
Of course, the day came and I heard nothing.
I called back later in the day find out how to get a full refund for their breach of contract and for not providing what was promised and they actually tried to say that they couldn’t refund me because the airline hadn’t refunded them! That’s the airline that they didn’t buy the tickets from in the first place.
I am now in the process of chasing my refund through Wowcher as Travel Crew have now gone suspiciously quiet on the matter. I am starting to think I may have to do this by charge back or even by involving the small claims court.
I would strongly advise anyone to steer well clear of this company. Their tactics are at best highly incompetent and at worst bordering on criminal.
They are a travel agency who are either incapable of, or highly reluctant to actually book travel arrangements

I purchased a Disneyland Paris deal on January 16th. After 11 days of chasing, an agent named Steven finally admitted today (Jan 27th) that absolutely nothing has been booked—no flights and no hotel.

They have missed multiple '48-hour' promises and even a '30-minute callback' promise today. When I asked for a refund because they failed to provide the service, they refused.

This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have now escalated this to Wowcher and am initiating a Section 75 claim with Lloyds Bank on February 1st.

Avoid this company. They take your money, redeem your vouchers, and then fail to secure the booking while ghosting your calls and emails.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Wowcher Disneyland deal, had pay extra for decent flight times back in October for EasyJet flights.
Due to fly in 4 days no booking references/hotel reservation or Disneyland tickets! Repeatedly told with "Documents Team" and "being queued" it's absolute BS 💔
Now checked with EasyJet there are now seat reservations with our names!! It's a SCAM!!! Robbed blind through the guise of Wowcher deals!!!

BEWARE SCAMMERS
Beware of a travel company called Travel Crew who advertised on Wowcher and other places.
We booked a few days in Krakow. Paid over £400 for flights and accommodation. No boarding passes arrived, contacted them and they assured me they would arrive in an hour by e mail, no passes arrived. Contacted them again and they said the flights had been cancelled by Ryanair. Total lie, flight still on from Bristol, they are scamming people as I've now seen on Trust Pilot.
We ended up with extras to pay, parking and cattery. Beware

My daughters purchased us a Wowcher for a trip to Rome. The vouchers were auto redeemed which meant I was blocked from Wowcher's advertised 14-day no-quibble refund guarantee. The holiday provider (Travelcrew) then asked me to call them to finalise the booking.
During that call, I was pushed towards more expensive alternatives.
Through Stephen Parker, at an extra cost of nearly £200, I booked a 2 day trip to Budapest tor me and my husband on the dates allocated by Wowcher. 12 hours before the holiday I still hadn't received the flight tickets or details. We had been allocated a hotel but hadn't had any confirmation.
I tried contacting them numerous times and either I didn't get an answer or when they do the phone gets disconnected.
When I did speak to someone they assured me that the details/confirmation would be with me by that afternoon/ evening/the following morning. The details never arrived. I have also sent several emails and had 1 reply telling me details would be with me the week before travel. They never arrived.
I received a phone, from a Mr John, 12 hours before the flight they said we were booked on. He said the flight had been cancelled and the holiday wouldn't happen. We checked the said flight and it was still going. I also emailed the hotel that we had been told we were booked in at. They said they had a booking in our name but that that booking had been cancelled the day before we were due to arrive.
Mr John said he will refund the extra money we paid them (in 14 days!!) but that he can't refund the Wowcher as it has been redeemed. He offered us a credit with Travel Crew for the full amount (NO THANKS ) or for the value of the wowchers. I declined this and will request a credit or full refund from Wowcher for the vouchers. I will wait to see if I receive my refund as promised from Travel Crew.
I will be taking further action and making a formal complaint. This is an extremely
shoddy, shameful, scamming, disorganised and untrustworthy company and I would advise anyone to avoid using them. They cause stress, upset, take money unlawfully and blatantly scam innocent people. Wowcher should be disgusted and ashamed to be associated with this company.

As with the other negative reviews, I have experienced the exact same problems. Original booking was done by Steven who stated my original booking date only had flight times which were unfavourable considering I had booked a weekend break. He offered an alternative, which as stated by others came at an additional cost. I constantly emailed and called to get my booking information which they kept saying would be received by the end of the day (which it never did). They eventually called to say the flight had been cancelled but I checked with Ryanair and Stansted Airport flight checkers and the flight was scheduled and departed as planned. I will be contacting the trading standards and my bank for refund.

They are simply fraud. They took money from me but never sent me the air ticket, hotel booking and disney land 1 park ticket.

Even after several telephone calls, they never confimed even issuance of my ticket.

The agent who dealt with me identified himself ad Steven Parker and emailed me some pre cinfirmation.
He aske d for additional money to change to flights which a gave. However, i never received the tickets.

They are simply FRAUD and I am coplaning to Police and Cyber Crime Agency to nab them and ban them to do business .

Avoid avoid avoid! After, like many, booking through Wowcher and then chasing them for confirmation I was forced to pay extra otherwise my flights would have meant arriving 5pm and leaving 5am. Was told confirmation would be within 14 days, no confirmation came and after several calls, emails was told it was scheduled to be sent that night. When I challenged and said I saw these reviews I asked for the confirmation to be sent whilst I was on the phone to which Steven replied the booking team don’t start until 2pm so I asked for a call back at 2pm and for them to send documents whilst they were on the phone. Of course this did not happen so I called today and was told it would come this evening, I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 30 mins. After that I was put through to the “floor manager” who informed me my flight has been cancelled and he was looking for alternatives. The phone then cut off and I have called back 3 times leaving messages and nothing back!
Have raised a dispute through my credit card company. Shocking!

Ordered a holiday through Wowcher.
Spoke to Steven, paid an extra £200 for a better hotel then everything went silent. Promised an email in 24-48 hours with booking details etc never arrived.
Phoned the hotel they had supposedly booked and have a screenshot showing it wasn't ever booked.
Kept chasing and each time was told would hear tomorrow. The day before the holiday arrived and still nothing.
That was last week still haven't heard anything and they still have the £200 they took from me.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They push customers to complete a 5* review before they've been on their holiday, do not trust the high rating!!

They called me to redeem my Wowcher for a trip to Iceland, giving me undesirable dates/times for flights that do not exist so I would upgrade to better options (they didn't tell me about the extra fee)

Once I'd paid the extra (plus the cost of the Wowcher) they advised I would receive flight and hotel confirmation one week before my trip.

I didn't receive anything so I followed up repeatedly by phone and email, each time being told by Steven that I would receive it soon.

Two days before my trip I still didn't hear back, so I checked with EasyJet and no flights had been made under mine or my partner's names.

I then emailed the hotel and they told me that whilst I did have a booking, it had actually been cancelled by Steven a few days prior - all without our knowledge.

Travel Crew then ignored all my calls and emails after this point, so I had to pay separately for my trip to Iceland at the last minute.

Requests for refunds have been completely ignored, they have frankly stolen almost £1k from me and I will be taking this further until they return the money.

DO NOT USE! Save yourself the stress and the cost of paying twice or missing out on a trip completely.

So finally getting a response from travel crew today promising me I would receive documentation he decided to tell me ( the same as what many have been told) the fight is no longer available. He went on to offering me alternative date and airports but these did not match what I had paid the extra £180 for these were the same as what was offered before the payment for better airport and flight. I said to him if you can not offer the same as what I paid for then you need to refund me. He then went on to saying that won’t be an option. I argued for over 1 hour and I have already found a solicitor to fight the case legal as they took my money and didn’t book the break. It’s illegal. I have been told the supervisor will contact me. The break is due to go ahead on the 30th January. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRAVELCREW OR WOWCHER!!! This is so illegal!!

AVOID AT ALL COST!
Where to begin with all this. Firstly, I purchased a Wowcher voucher for a 2night break to Barcelona in a 4 star hotel with return flights from Manchester.
When calling to redeem and book this I was put through to ‘Steven’.
I was offered ridiculous flights which left Manchester at 5am but then included a stopover in Dublin for 3-4 hours. To then return home at 5am. Meaning a long time travelling and actually no time in the city itself.
So I enquired about flying on a different date ( we are very flexible with dates) to be told any time or date would require an additional charge. So for direct flights and better times it cost me another £118.
It’s worth mentioning Steven also offered other city breaks which were Portugal at a cost, lake Garda at additional £189pp cost. So change the flights seemed to be the cheapest option.
I was in the middle of feeding my 4 month old daughter whilst trying to sort this out (it was a gift for my husband). I checked with Steven 3 times on the phone that the hotel would remain the same just the change of flights and he confirmed 3 times it was. So I then received an email which he insisted I confirm the holiday to notice a few days later that he’s secretly changed the hotel to a 3 star hotel that’s now now where near or in the middle of Barcelona.

I am now in a dispute case with my bank over this. I have provided all my evidence to the bank including the numerous ignored emails, voicemails and calls. My husband recently rang from a different number to a guy who sounded very similar to Steven to be told we need to go through to the Witcher department and Steven we call me the day after. Obviously I’m still waiting for that call!
I’m a mum of 2 on maternity leave with not much money. I did manage to speak to Steven eventually and got nowhere with him. He explained it’s a package I agreed even though I hadn’t, the original hotel don’t have availability and just excuse after excuse. No apology, no empathy, NOTHING!
I also asked Steven why so many people do not receive their documents as my confirmation email he so insistently brings up states I would receive all travel document 14 dates from booking not prior to departure. I booked this on the 28th December and don’t have any documentation. Steven’s response to the documentation queries were we do often have documentation issues.

It’s also worth noting when I booked this holiday with them he told me calls were recorded. But now I’m dispute I’m told no calls are recorded (funny that).

This company is nothing but a SCAM. They upsell, mislead ,false advertise and wicker should not be allowing to sell these so called ‘offers’ through this company.

Absolute appalling.
So now I’m sat waiting to here from dispute team, unknown whether I will or will not receive documentation and forced to go on a holiday I paid over the odds for, for a hotel I did not agree to.

DISGUSTING! Steven and the whole team should be a shame of themselves and not sure how they go home each day with the guilt of knowing they’re scamming people’s hard earned money.

If you’re like me and going through similar situation I feel your pain. If you haven’t booked a holiday avoid these at all cost to save your pain and your money

As many reviews have said this company blatant scam , sorta intimadate you into giving them a good review on the phone hence the good trust pilot rating. I booked a multi-city trip through them and found the process easy and well managed. Nick was friendly, professional, and answered every question clearly. The booking was confirmed quickly and pricing was competitive.

I can’t believe how terrible of an experience I have had with your organisation.

I have had to reschedule my whole trip due to the lack or organisation your company has. No travel documents TWO DAYS before my trip. I have called over 20 times to chase them and was met with either a email or a later date to get the documents. ITS SHOCKING. Was advised of a flight cancellation and had to move the departure from Bristol to Heathrow!

It says nothing about an EasyJet flight cancellation on that date.

THEN, to make matters worse, I was charged £29 EACH to change the holiday booking.

I am absolutely appalled at this scam of a company. I have NO CHOICE but to travel with you; otherwise i’m losing over a thousand pounds.

From the very beginning, no suitable flights were available for the dates I originally wanted, so I was told I had to move my travel dates and pay an additional £100 per person for flights. After reading other reviews, I can now see this seems to be a common experience for many customers, which already made this feel less like an “offer” and more like an upsell.
After redeeming my booking, Steven sent me a confirmation email with incorrect personal details and asked me to check and confirm it. He then resent the email and again told me to confirm. While I was focused on checking my personal details, the hotel was quietly changed to a lower-budget 3-star hotel without this being clearly mentioned or discussed with me.
This hotel downgrade was never raised during our phone conversation, and I would not have agreed to it ,especially after already paying extra for flights. I only realised later that the accommodation was not what I had originally booked.
When I tried to raise my concerns, Steven ignored my emails, calls, and voicemails. I was then told the hotel could not be changed because it was “already confirmed,” yet I was also informed that the hotel booking was only confirmed shortly before arrival. This means the hotel could have been changed earlier, but instead I was told it was too late, which feels dishonest.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and unfair, and left me feeling pressured to pay more while receiving a downgraded package. I would not trust this company again and strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before booking.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please ignore the positive reviews. This company relies on pressure tactics, misinformation, and from the rest of their reviews, what appears to be systematic deception.

We were gifted an Iceland trip via Wowcher and forced to redeem through TravelCrew. From the very first phone call it was clear something was wrong. During the redemption call, “Steven” repeatedly pushed us to upgrade to alternative flight dates. The original flights he claimed were included would have us arriving at 5pm on day one and flying home at 5am on day four. I had Google Flights open during the call and no such flights existed.

He then suggested alternative dates with earlier outbound and later return flights. Unsurprisingly, Google Flights showed EasyJet flights at exactly those times. He nearly processed the booking and then, right at the end, added that this would cost almost £100 per person extra. We declined and asked to stick with the original option.

At that point, those original flights suddenly became unavailable. We were told we had no choice but to pay extra. When we asked for time to think, we were informed the cancellation fee would be the same amount, leaving us effectively forced into paying more.

Now, one week before departure, we still have no booking confirmation. Despite multiple calls and emails, we cannot get basic information. No hotel details and no flight reference. We have been left on hold for up to an hour and repeatedly told details would be sent 10 days before travel. Nothing arrived.

Today I contacted EasyJet directly. No flights have been booked under my or my partner’s name.

None.

This trip was meant to be a birthday gift. Instead, we have spent our own money on the surcharge, thermals, excursions and airport parking, and now face the real possibility that the trip does not exist at all. Because TravelCrew refuses to be transparent, we cannot even book an alternative because we are being strung along days before travel.

We did not choose TravelCrew, but if you have a choice, do not book. Avoid at all costs.

Booked a holiday through wowcher. I spoke to Steven. When I had to pay extra for the holiday my bank refused payment saying it was a scam. Steven insisted I use an alternative card which I did. I have no atol certificate was told I would recieve holiday details 2 weeks prior. I have received nothing. I've just come online and read all these negative reviews. THIS IS A SCAM! I will be claiming the money back as fraud through my bank! I've tried calling multiple times for it to go to voicemail

Purchased a Wowcher deal on 1st Jan for “ 2NT/LON: Florence City Break at Central Hotel with Inclusive Return Flights from Travelcrew”
Total scam, company are ignoring emails and hanging up when I call to try and confirm the booking. 10/01/2026 - Have now complained to Wowcher and am awaiting a response/refund that Ive requested within the 14 day period!!!
