I booked a 3 day trip to disneyland for me and my daughter as a Christmas present via Wowcher. 2 days before the holiday I still haven't received the flight tickets or the disneyland tickets.

Me and my partner have tried contacting them several times and we don't get a answer or when they do the phone gets disconnected. I have also sent several emails and I haven't had 1 reply.

Just got off the phone with them today 09/01 and they have now told us that the holiday to disneyland might not happen 2 days before we're supposed to fly.

I will be taking legal action if the holiday doesnt go ahead and we are not compensated. My 7 year old daughter will be heart broken

Excellent phone support from my agent Cooper. He answered all my questions and made sure my booking was confirmed before I hung up. Good experience overall.

I’ve booked a Holiday to Disney land through Wowcher, I’ve been sent a pre-confirmation email and been told they would send me a confirmation email 14 days before we travel and after reading some of these reviews it has me very worried, it is now 12 days before we travel and we have been sent no confirmation, no details of the airline after calling 3 times, been left on hold multiple times and told we would be sent them today or tomorrow both times these have still not been sent out to us. Further i have also sent 5 emails to Steven with no response everytime I call Steven and ask to talk to him I am told he is busy. With this been an ATOL protected company are they not legally obligated to give us our travel details after we have made the full payment after making “promises” . Does anyone have any advice around us. We are both young students and don’t have much money between us so really worried that this is a scam :(
It’s now 1 week before we are supposed to fly and still no response. Absolutely disgusting.

Update it is now the 22nd January we were supposed to fly on the 19th LOL. Wowcher have contacted the company and they haven’t even responded, shame on people that think they can do this and get away with it luckily Wowcher have been very helpful to get me a refund and I’ve also received a refund through my bank for the extra we paid and they have reported this to the appropriate authorities . Vile.

Steven was great with assisting me over the phone, no question was too much of an ask!

Was promised by Steven, we would recieve our flight and hotel details 14 days prior to our trip.
It’s is now 10 days and still nothing.
I have called numerous times, just to be promised ‘tomorrow’ and still nothing or transferred to voice mail.
Emailed Steven twice with not even a reply…certainly speeding when wanting payment.

Would not use again

Atrocious, I am outraged. Holiday advertised as centre of Berlin WOWCher 4 night stay direct flight. But upon booking told we had to take a layover flight and turns out they booked us in a hotel 2 hours outside of Berlin. Now we’ve been told it’s non refundable and we cannot cancel it despite Travelcrew SCAMMING us by FALSE ADVERTISING. The staff were not helpful or sympathetic at all, so angry and this has now ruined my birthday, do not use at all. We are trying to make best of a bad situation and upgrade, but Travelcrew are absolutely USELESS and won’t help us do this, spite us trying to give them more money, are you actually kidding me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM.

Very patient as we were away and experiencing Internet issues.

He talked is through our booking and stayed on the call when the email was sent to ensure all information correct and that we were happy to proceed.

UPDATE 05.01 we are due to travel on 8th January - Steven at travel crew called today asking me to remove negative review and they would send me my documents. Told him I would not and the this is FRAUDULENT I will not be blackmailed….i have contacted my bank re this refund and a 2nd formal complain re the money I paid to Wowcher.steven told me today that leaving a bad review has a personal negative impact on him and that he would send me the docs today. Guess what NO TRAVEL DOCS!

Like others - booked a short trip via Wowcher early in December to fly out 8th January - was firstly asked for more money due to what would have worked out to a four hour flight time going via Dublin!was told documents would be with me 14 days after booking. Chased prior to Christmas to be told docs would arrive 14 days prior to travelling! It’s now 3rd January and we are due to fly 8th January! We still have no idea which airline/terminal so we cannot even book airport parking/transfers or onward travel. Steven eventually replied yesterday after several attempt to call and email - saying documents will arrive within 24-48 hours and guess what - docs did not arrive so that means given it’s the weekend nothing is likely to arrive until
Monday (how can a company get away with this) - I called to express my concerns and to make a formal complaint. NO ANSWER JUST GOES TO VOICEMAIL! This is a trip to Florence for my daughter’s 21st birthday as a surprise. This is to say the least very distressing. Shame on you Wowcher for dealing with the company and shame on Travel Crew. It’s clear to me that my trip is unlikely to go ahead - sure Travel crew will come up with another excuse. I have contacted trading standards to investigate.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ON WOWCHER... This is an absolute scam... This company should be shut down... I booked a short 3 night break to Prague, redeemed it within the 48 hours... When I spoke to Con man Steve Parker he tried to give me flights outbound & inbound with a 3 hour stop at another airport, the flight times also meant that I only got 2 nights accommodation instead of 3... He offered better flight times flying out the next day but wanted an extra £89 EACH... He said the prices advertised on Wowcher were NOT up to date prices... A total scam... I will be taking this further with Trading Standards, ATOL and I'm seeking legal advise... AVOID AT ALL COST...

What made my experience gate firstly was the person who answered the phone ,I didn't hold long he answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions. Floyd Pearson listen and answered me to the point I ended booking my flight, I have booked flights for me and my children I always go in to an agency because I have a fear of doing things online, I always thinks it's a scam.

The service from Travel Crew is abysmal, they do not notify you of any changes made in a timely manner.

At the age of 62, I am new to travelling long haul. I needed someone who would guide and reassure me through the process and Leo was that person.
There were difficulties along the way, caused first by the first consultant I spoke to (no longer with the comapny), and then by me and a couple of last minute changes I made to the schedule. Leo coped calmly with them all, explaining everything as he went through it.
It's just another booking, but to me, it's the holiday of a lifetime (Australia, from the UK). I am halfway through that holiday as I write this. It has been more than I ever expected, and has awakened an unexpected travel bug in me! I shall definitely be coming back to Leo to plan more :)

Steven from travelcrew was very helpful he changed my holiday to another destination in mins. However It did cost £200 more than if I booked it myself. And i was told it was right next to the city center but alas not so near. There was another hotel nearer the city center by the same company which I thought would be ours but alas no.
