Bought a break via Wowcher. Advertised hotel 'apparently' fully booked and flights offered were awful - flying to a further destination then back to proper destination. Can have better flights at a cost of course. Travel in 11 days but still have no documents. Emails have been ignored last few days. Called today and they promised me the details by 10pm. Still don't have them. Not sure if I'm still able to travel or not. Please avoid.

Come on Steven - reply to my emails and calls.

Steven was a great help! The flights did need to be changed with an extra charge however still worked out cheaper.

SCAMMERS ‼️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS ‼️
Booked a 2 night Budapest Trip to the Eurostar Embassador Hotel advertised with TravelCrew on Wowcher. TravelCrew advised the hotel was fully booked and changed this to a hotel 5 miles away. After chasing numerous times for travel documents we received these days before the trip. Once we arrived at the hotel TravelCrew had cancelled this the day before to avoid a cancellation fee, leaving us with no accommodation in a foreign country ! We then had to book the EuroStar Embassador hotel, so this clearly was NOT fully booked. TravelCrew are now avoiding calls as we are requesting a refund and advising they will call us back which never happens! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND WOWCHER AT ALL COSTS ‼️ THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH NO HOTEL AND OUT OF POCKET

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! The hotel that was advertised was apparently fully booked so travel crew changed our hotel last minute which was 5 miles away from the original hotel.
We arrived at the hotel only to find that travel crew had cancelled our room the day before so they didn’t get charged with the free cancellation fee! They wouldn’t answer the phone after trying 100’s of times, we then booked the original hotel which was fully booked 🤥 and now they are refusing to talk to us and just passing us from pillow to post! 1000% would not recommend these SCAMMERS!!!

Travelcrew has let me down so badly and caused huge amounts of stress over a flight l booked with them in June this year to see my children in Australia. I paid over a £1000 for a return ticket booked by a man called Kevin and was told my ticket would be issued in two weeks. This did not happen and l was told Kevin had left the company and a Leo was taking over and he assured me that my ticket would be issued mid November and this was normal. In November with no communication or ticket issued from them, l was then sent an email saying my flight had been cancelled and l could choose another flight and dates that meant paying more or get a full refund which would take up to 5 weeks. As it happens the flight with Cathay Pacific was not cancelled ( l checked) but l was not on their list. To date after many phone calls l have never been told the truth and still have not had a refund so cannot go to see my family for Christmas, it’s too late. I am distraught and warn everyone to not use this company.

Great service from start to finish

I'm a returning customer and the service and care provided is excellent and smooth which causes the customer to relax knowing they will get the best deal as possible.

Used a Wowcher holiday voucher for a Holiday I booked in October to Vilnius Christmas Markets. Holiday was arranged by Travel Crew.
1st problem was out and return were different airports so extra £120 for using the same airport.
Then 2 days before flights after many unreturned phone calls and being on hold for over an hour to get the travel documents. Told the flights were cancelled, however both airlines were still offering the flights and seats were available. Then told there was no refund but we could go to Faro instead, but no Christmas Markets.

Floyd Pearson was very helpful and attentative to my needs.

From the start, Sean at Travel crew was very helpful,he found a flight to Melbourne for me at a competitive price. He answered all my questions with clarity.
I would definitely recommend Sean to my friends, in fact I recommend my friend who has booked his flight to Thailand
