Because I really appreciate your savice thanks ones again

If there was an option to give Travelcrew a -5star rating then that’s exactly what they’d get.

I booked a trip for my partners birthday and after being told I’d have all my flight information ie plane tickets 14 working day before my flight and now having only 5 working days until we are supposed to fly I have had no contact from the company. I called them to find out what was going on and Steven gave me nothing but excuses and eventually telling me they had cancelled my flight but hadn’t told me.
I insisted on speaking with the manager Max who was just as unhelpful and rude as Steven and when I asked for a refund he refused but insisted on finding me another holiday.

Please do not waste your money, time or sanity with travel crew as the customer care is appalling

Jesica listened and understood my what I wanted, she kept me informed along the way, she explained and check my understanding of the process, she has taken away all the stress for doing any form of activities on line for a 72-year young man , I will definitely ask for her next I need to travel I will also introduce her to my friends and work team {100% for the stress relief}

I am areturning customer as i found the best price with Travelcrew both times and found Nick to be friendly and extremely informative and helpful with my booking i now always ask for him to sort out my flights snd hotel.

It’s frustrating those rating 4* but saying flights and hotels were bad and they had to pay more - but this is how the company works. Alongside wowcher they offer cheap prices, get you locked into a contract sooner than it appears and scalp money from you, asking for more money for flights that don’t take days off your holiday or get you there in the early hours that leave you footing expensive taxi bills when theres no public transport. An hour on the phone, got me worse hotels, the same flights and more cost than what I did in 20 mins on SkyScanner.
This company working with Wowcher is a waste of time and money.
I assumed the travel company pe-booked tickets for cheaper prices, to get you a good deal, but they literally just use a search engine on the day to buy you what you could buy yourself, and then take some profit - for what? A slower, less tailored less control process.
Wowcher intentionally mislead you, make it impossible to get a refund despite advertising '14 day no quibble refunds' in big green letters, when really its 48hrs - no good for gifts, and this company pretends everything is out of their control. Wowcher says the voucher is redeemed (automatically after 48hrs) so you cant get a refund so i should contact travel crew, and Travel Crew say to contact wowcher. Terrible customer service while away, making everything so much more difficult than if I’d just booked my own holiday. Twin room rather than double as requested before booking, and the hotel being miles out of town.
Do not engage with wowcher or travel crew for a holiday, you’re burning money and it’ll be easier to do it yourself.

Steven helped through out the full process, didn’t make it difficult at all , smooth sailing ,recommend 👌🏽👌🏽

This is my second review as my first was instructed by company during initial phone calls and I worried I wouldn't receive tickets if I didn't give positive feedback

I was initially told my tickets (purchased with a Wowcher voucher)weren't very good and encouraged to spend more money to get better ones which I did. After 3 weeks I still hadn't received my tickets so contacted them and was told my outbound tickets had been cancelled. I then agreed new flights (which would mean flying out of one airport and flying into a different one). They said tickets would arrive in 14 days which did not happen and then they said tickets would arrive 14 days before we fly which has also not happened. We have been trying to contact them since and have had no response. Wowcher offer no assistance either!

Just booked a honeymoon. I did this direct but through the Wowcher query number. As we’re away for my birthday as well, we had an upgrade for hotels so one 4* and two 3*, brilliant. Steven was extremely helpful and patient. I was really worried about booking this but felt at ease and really looking forward to our honeymoon in Italy.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They took the payment but did not deliver the service they promised. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no proper response or resolution.

The level of communication and professionalism was extremely poor, and I felt completely ignored as a customer.

I do not recommend this company at all. There are many more trustworthy and reliable businesses out there — avoid this one.

I booked a trip to Krakow that included an Auschwitz tour, which was the main reason for the holiday and a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. When I was booking, the communication was excellent — quick responses, very helpful, and everything seemed organised. Looking back, I can’t help but feel this was because I was in the process of spending money with them.

Once the booking was paid for, the communication completely changed.

I was told I’d receive the Auschwitz tour tickets a week before travelling, but nothing arrived. I emailed twice with no reply, phoned on Monday and was told the tickets would be sent that day (they weren’t), then called several times on Tuesday and left voicemails with no response. When I finally managed to speak to someone the next day, I was told — for the first time — that the Auschwitz tour had been cancelled by the agency they use.

I was offered either a refund that would take 7–14 working days or told to try and sort the tour myself with the hotel once I arrive. When I looked online, the same tour now costs £112 per person because it’s classed as a last-minute booking — something that could have been avoided entirely if they had informed me earlier.

The lack of communication after taking my money, the late cancellation, and the extra cost have completely taken away from what was meant to be a meaningful birthday trip. I’m incredibly disappointed and would not book with this company again based on this experience.

Update: Still no response after emailing both Stephen and the main Travel Crew address. I’m travelling today and have no tour arranged, and I can’t afford the last-minute prices. I will update again once I hear back.

02/12/2025: Update: I was told on Friday that my £60 refund would be in my account within 24–48 hours. It still hasn’t arrived. I have called several times and been told I would receive callbacks, but none have happened. Still waiting for the refund that was promised.

Staff Jessica was a star travel agent and very accommodating and helpful

having a good experience with Dave all gone weel

Steven was very helpful in explaining the process and helping me change the dates of my holiday as I had a date clash.
