We have an account setup with TUFF here at WHP and I can probably say I bombard Helen and Nicky with so many questions and orders a week I cant keep count. There always amazing to deal with and nothings ever too much. The products we receive are great and Helen / Nicky are always brilliant to work with when I am asking for something new. I could`nt recommend them more.

Five stars isn’t enough for The Tuff Shop.
Helen and Nicky are an absolute dream to work with. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and trust me, we’ve hit them with more than our fair share of last‑minute uniform requests. Every single time, they’ve stepped in with speed, patience, and that “don’t worry, we’ve got you” energy that keeps me sane when I’m juggling a million things.
They make the whole process feel effortless, even when we’re cutting it fine.

Brilliant experience with Tuff Shop. I had bought a pair of snickers work trousers which were too small and Jack helped me through the exchange, which was a swift and smooth process.

Was having trouble getting work clothes ordered and Helen was fantastic help couldn’t get any better💯

Ordered the wrong size work trouser's and needed to exchange them for another size, emailed them and sent the trousers back and new pair should arrive soon smooth process, only criticism Is having to pay postage for return would be a nice addition to receive a pre paid returns in case something is the wrong size

I ordered some new Blaklader trousers never had them before they came really quickly but I had to exchange them for another size ,I contacted Jack in the returns department couldn’t have gone any smoother,I returned them on Monday and my new ones will be with me on Wednesday,brilliant service and thanx to Jack for sorting it out

I have been using Tuff Shop for several years for both work and personal purchases and would highly recommend them. My main contact is Bob, who is always helpful and ensures my orders are prepared on time. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him.

Jack was very helpful with an exchange i had to do

I had a problem with a pair of boots I purchased and I emailed about trying to sort it, had an email response from Helen very quickly and she sorted the problem and got me a replacement pair of boots very quickly. Great help fr Helen and will be a returning customer

My partner ordered some boots that were too small so I emailed to arrange an exchange. Owen was really helpful and sent all the information I needed to do so.

Called into the Tuff Shop today for some new work trousers. The staff were unbelievably helpful. Thank you Robert, Charlie, Bobby, Emily for your recommendations and knowledge.

I use Tuffshop in Woodlesford for our Rising Stars t-shirts. The service is always fantastic, I always receive my order in good time and it is always of the highest quality. Staff are polite and helpful. Come see us dance around the MayPole in Rothwell!

We have used Tuff shop for quite a good number of years and have always been more than happy with the quality and service they provide. Bob is very accommodating and helpful, in particular with emergency orders that are required ASAP. Being in Recruitment myself, I believe people buy from people and good Customer Service is first and foremost. I believe it is imperative to have a good relationship with whom I purchase and work with. Bob is polite and welcoming, he goes above and beyond to provide a good service. He is efficient with communication and replying to emails for orders and accepting POs when they are raised or need raising.

On ordering executive safety shoes, there was a delay in delivery while they waited for their supplier to deliver the shoes, once I enquired on the delay I was kept up to date on when they would arrive by Jack in the team. Sadly when they arrived although the quality of the shoe was excellent, the fit wasn’t and I had to return the shoes at my cost. The returns process was specific and I backed it up with an email detailing the special delivery tracking number. The return process was handled by Helen in the team who was professional and courteous and my full refund was deposited back onto my credit card within 3 days of the returned parcel being processed, and accepted.

Excellent customer service with Helen.
Had a defect in a product (not TuffShop’s fault) and a replacement was sorted and shipped within a couple emails. Easy and simple! Happy to recommend!
