TuffShop Reviews

I delt with a lovely woman called Nicky Everall, shes kept me updated every step of the way with my order up til the point of getting my tracking details as she said she would do

I recommend this shop I’ve always bought work clothing from here and not a issue whatsoever best shop around by far 👍👍

Great service. had a faulty item and no hesitation to get it sorted, kept in contact and no issues what so ever!

Helen was a great help. After purchasing the wrong size I contacted tuffshop she was keen to help and get things sorted ASAP.
Will certainly buy from them again

Fantastic customer service from Helen. I had a problem with my boots and a warranty claim and a new pair were sent out in a matter of days.

First time using the shop, ordered some new work gear but wasn’t to my liking. Jack was very helpful in helping send the product back and exchange it for a different one in good time. Top service would recommend.

TuffShop are so helpful start to finish… I ordered some items which happened to be out of stock, so Rob was brilliant in getting these in and sent out really quickly! Unfortunately the items came up really big, so needed to be returned 😢 Special thanks goes to Helen and Nicky, who assisted with the returns and associated refund, super turn around and great comms, definitely would make me return to TuffShop for future purchases… thank you team 5⭐

Very good service and very professional team

Excellent service would particularly like to thank Helen Jackson for her kind resourcefulness and patience while sorting product and design
Very professional service. Would recommend for any company logos and excellent product sourcing.

Ordered workwear from Jack and the whole process was smooth and he has kept me updated to let me know exactly when order should arrive. Highly recommend.

The sign of a great company is how they deal with returns or problems. I purchased a pair of expensive boots that were incredibly uncomfortable after just a few days of wear. I contacted Helen in customer service who was extremely helpful and arranged a full credit after contacting the manufacturer. I will certainly be using them in the not too distant future and I would highly recommend them to any customers thinking of making a purchase.

I had ordered a pair of blue steel boots a few months ago, but the zipper backed up, and I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get a replacement as I didn’t have any of the paperwork to hand. However, Helen was able to help with getting a replacement under warranty, and was quick to respond to my questions about what I could do. Overall, she was really helpful and was able to send out a new pair under warranty, so thank you, Tuff Shop and Helen.

Excellent customer service! I made a mistake with my order, but Nicky from Tuff Shop was incredibly helpful and fixed it instantly. Fast, professional, and very friendly. Highly recommended!"

The customer service is what sets TuffShop apart from the others. No complaints about the products, range, site, et al, but it is the service that makes the difference.
Through no fault of tuffshop, the parcel company managed to send my parcel to the wrong pick up location.
Bob sorted it all out in a flash, finding where they had actually left it, and letting me know that I could collect it from the wrong place, or he could have it picked up and re-delivered correctly.

Bob called me back when he said that he would, took all the stress out of the situation and made it all good……because Tuffshop Bob is an absolute legend. Thanks Bob.

Reliable, excellent customer service!
Helen Jackson in the sales department dealt with an order issue from start to finish.
Thank you!

Fist time using TuffShop and had a great experience. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and managed to send back no problem, had great communication via email and my exchange is on the way. Jack was really helpful and kept me updated, fantastic service, would recommend! 10/10

Really recommend giving these guys a try if you’re looking for customised workwear, I’ve had a few issues with previous companies. I wanted a carhartt jacket embroidered but they’re not normally embroidered due to the lining. I sent an email over to tuff workwear to ask if they could embroider the sierra jacket for me. Within a few emails between myself and Helen, the jacket was mocked up and ready to be made. Really happy with this service 🙏🏼

Great selection of all kinds of work gear. Lots of good carhartt stock. The staff are helpful and Abigail was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right size.

very helpful service, Owen helped me solve the problem

We purchase all our Performing Arts Uniform T shirts via Nicky at Tuffshop and the service is quick and efficient and good follow up on ordering and supply. Would recommend .

Been using TuffShop for our workwear for some time now and not only are the prices reasonable the staff always go that extra mile, especially Helen! She has always gone above and beyond with making sure our orders reach us as soon as possible, thanks for rushing the trousers out today, means a lot! Ricky and Co (Lingson Design & Build)
