TuffShop Reviews

Ordered yesterday arrived 8am! Nicky was great to deal with!

Had an issue with delivery address Nicky was able to sort for me without any issues.

Thanks

Very good quality material, order some for my company varsuite.co.uk for our staff, and they look amazing! The customer service and support was very good. I kept changing my mind and moving to a different material but they guided me step by step highly recommend! Helen is definitely the rockstar there!!!

Helen Jackson is a fab helper and exchanged our item very quickly

First time ordering tees from Tuff Shop, and it was really smooth. Nicky who helped me through the process was really helpful and kept me up to date when stock was going to arrive. Would order form there again!

Excellent service I have used these guys a few times now and they are very helpful and provide the perfect workwear 👍

Order came quickly, unfortunately didn’t fit properly so did an exchange for a larger pair. Helen Jackson was very helpful and also quick to respond throughout the exchange process. 5 stars purely for her

Bob Lodge took my call Friday morning as I needed some PPE urgently for the Tuesday morning,
He helped me with stock check sizing and brands and spoke to goods out to ensure my parcel would be despatched Friday afternoon , fingers crossed it gets delivered Monday, All in all a great helpful service.

Helen was very helpful over the phone with my delivery query. Promptly called back and got stock shipped right away. Ace service

Had a query over a product I bought and Helen went above and beyond to rectify the situation immediately... thank you Helen!
Would highly recommend using them.

Great shopping experience, I had to return my order as I misjudged the sizes (the loose fit are a size bigger than normal to go over other clothes) and spoke to Helen via email. Talk about prompt, professional and excellent customer service. Helen resolved my order and sent it out as soon as it was in stock. Will definitely be using TuffShop as great quality, customer service and value for money. Thanks Helen and team 👍🏻

Received a gift in the wrong size and it was really easy to swap out. Jack replied and sorted out the right size for me quickly

Very good customer service from Tuffshop. Needed to exchange my order for a different size and Jack was very helpful in the process!

I am very pleased with the service I received from TuffShop with two recent orders. The items were good quality, our logo looked great and the products were good value for money. Helen was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Our order was a little complicated and time sensitive, and she handled our requests very professionally. Thank you!

Easy to order and jack sorted my exchange out really fast because one of the items was to big

Laura was amazing! Quick response and amazing communication! I ordered the wrong item and she quickly swapped it for me. Would recommend!

Just been into the shop and Owen and Abi got all our clothing sorted . Extremely pleasant and helpful, ps happy birthday abi!

I had a question regarding my order in which laura got back to me quickly with a detailed answer. First class service.

Great service from TuffShop as usual, highly recommend.
Helen Jackson in Sales was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. 👍

Great customer service. Ordered incorrect item by mistake, and a replacement was sent to me straight away once they’d received the incorrect item. I only marked 4 stars due to having to spend a further £20+ to send the boots back. I understand it’s not their fault, I ordered the incorrect item. But many companies offer free returns these days.
