Always experience great customer service from the TuffShop team and Helen in particular always goes the extra mile to ensure we are kept well informed of our order status while also aiding with any product or design queries we have. Very impressed with the service and the quality we receive which ensures we return time and again. Thanks

Very happy with my purchase from Tuff Shop. The products are good quality and exactly what I needed.
A special thanks to Helen, who was always very responsive and helpful with my queries throughout the process. Great service and a smooth experience overall.
Would happily recommend.

Great quick response to organise my exchange- Helen was great- thank you!

Helen in customer support was very helpful and with quick replies was able to sort my ordering problems and get me shipping to Northern Ireland.

Helen was very clear with her instructions for a exchange and was really helpful

I then messaged the team to which Jack responded within hours . He set up the exchange quickly and I got the new ones pretty sharpish . Jack was quick in responding he made the whole transition smooth as . Would highly recommend buying from these. Oh the shorts now fit and they are belter

Buy all of our work gear from Tuffshop , always competitive on pricing and keep a great range in stock. I've had a few dealings with Jack who's customer service is on point- a real credit to the company.

Ordered 2 pair of snicker trousers, but realised I had ordered wrong size. Rang customer service and spoke to Bob Lodge and he amended my order. Nothing was to much trouble. Wish all customer service were like tuff shop 😊 Hats off to Bob and the tuff shop staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super efficient service and really helpful. I got work uniform printed and my logo wasn’t a good resolution so the team have re designed my logo into a better format.
Helen Jackson who helped me throughout was really helpful & professional.

I recently bought a pair of work boots from Tuff Shop and had a great experience from start to finish. I was served by Abigail, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed and recommended a pair that turned out to be a perfect fit—both comfortable and durable.

It’s not always easy finding the right work boots, but Abigail’s expertise made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. The boots themselves are excellent quality and have held up really well so far.

Great service and great products—I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Great service from Jack, exchanged my order and he sorted it so it would arrive quickly , good communication also !!!

Excellent customer service from Helen, I had an issue with a faulty product which was dealt with swiftly and a replacement sent in around 24 hours.
A very easy process to get a replacement from start to finish, emails were responded to extremely quickly. Would definitely use TuffShop in the future for workwear.

Very responsive personal customer contact for our club order of specially overprinted Hi Vis waistcoats. I was able to manage deliver date and address with no problem thanks to Nicky Everall. Declan the design manager was also very helpful.

Had fantastic service from Bob. I called to see if I could swap the sizes of waterproofs I’d ordered. Nothing was too much trouble. New sizes ordered and received email confirmation. Excellent customer service.

I purchased some work shorts from here and delivery and customer service was top notch. Once I realised the shop was so close to me I called in and was shocked to see all the physical stock they have in store and sizes available. I will 100% be coming here again to purchase future work wear. Owen, Abigail & Helen were extremely helpful.

Nicky was very helpful in sorting an issue with my order, very prompt and always kept in the loop.

Had problems ordering on the website and emailed the sales email and Nicky was back in touch right away. We ordered the old fashioned way - On the phone and she sorted for me! Thanks Nicky!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The replacement was carried out extremely quickly, and the communication and customer service were excellent throughout the whole process. Jack is a true professional who takes great pride in his work and delivers a high standard of service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and efficient workmanship.

Great service from jack, polite and very helpful

Really impressed with the customer service I received - particularly from Nicky! When one of my orders had an issue, it was resolved really quickly to my satisfaction. Things like this happen but its how its resolved that matters and in this case I was really impressed with the service received.
