TuffShop Reviews

Rob Lodge has helped me out today with my order.Firet class service from him. Will definitely use Rob again for my orders

I ordered women’s work trousers and they came slightly too big for me. Jack arranged an exchange in a quick and timely manner and the whole process was fairly easy.

Great customer service dealing with Nicky was easy and she was very helpful, she communicated well and when she said she would. 100% recommend.

Very helpful with the issue I had with the delivery. Resolved very quickly

Used tuff shop a few times now and had warranty issues but was easily resolved with the help of Helens great service

Advertised as next day delivery. 2 days after buying the item it was finally shipped and then took another 3 days to arrive. Will not buy from them again.

We’ve bought quite a lot of workwear from here in the past and never had an issue.

Unfortunately on this occasion a pair of work trousers we’d not had for long had torn. I spoke with Helen Jackson, who got in touch with the manufacturer for me. After a some back and forth the manufacturer wouldn’t cover the tear.

Helen was then extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, and issued me a refund once I’d returned the trousers back to TuffShop.

With customer service like this, we will definitely be using TuffShop again

Helen Jackson helped me with an issue and was very efficient and helpful. I could not have asked for a better service, thank you, Helen

I’ve been using Tuffshop for a few years now and their customer service has always been excellent. Orders are processed quickly, communication is great, and the team are always helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed advice. It’s rare to find a company that stays this consistent over the years. Highly recommend Tuffshop for both quality products and outstanding service.

We get all our PPE and personalised workwear from Tuff Shop. Bob always delivers exactly what we ask for...if Tuff Shop can't get you it it's not on the market :) Jack is also great to deal with and has helped find alternatives when our usual go to has been out of stock. 10/10 from us!!

We have just received our second order from TuffShop. The products are excellent and we are delighted with the quality of the embroidery. The customer service has been brilliant from start to finish with particular thanks to Nicky who was so friendly and efficient. I really wish all companies were as easy to deal with as TuffShop.

Spoke to an operator called bob lodge absolute star, really helpful, really happy with the service, we need more bob lodge’s in the world

I purchased a pair of snickers trousers to which i thought was my size, but they do come up a little smaller than normal, so jack from tuffshop made a speedy exchange for the right size.
I did however have to pay p&p back to them but it was a smooth transaction.
Thanks Jack.

Quick and very helpful with resolving exchange/part refund.

Great team member.
