Charlotte was fantastic this afternoon! Very friendly and quick with our food and drinks

Visited Turtle bay Birmingham last weekend. Lovely atmosphere, food & drinks great, we had bottomless brunch, only downside was although I understand that time is limited our server was getting us to order drinks every 10 mins to get as many in as you can which is great but it was chaos he seemed very anxious which in turn made us anxious about what we were ordering so in the end ordered any drink without even looking, & he didn't take the 20% of blue light card only giving 7% but by the end we just wanted to get out of there , we've had lots of lovley times at Turtle bay but unsure I would rush to go back to that one after our last experience.

has been amazing with service especially with Lena who has served us so polite , and drinks was very quick with her service . would be coming again.

LOLA was so attentive and welcoming while she was on.break her boss Freia was amazing and Darren the Chief his food was so so good I am from a Carbwan family and my dad was a great cook and I haven't had a Caribbean food cooked that good since I lost him so thank you.

We had a family celebration at Guildford, and on the whole had a good time.

A first thank you to the bar staff as they were friendly and accommodating.

Our waiter was a lovely Jamaican guy who called Ma Aunty 🤓( sweet), and she was gifted a birthday shot drink he was very attentive and accommodating but the menu these days at TB is too small and limited.

There were many comments saying that the curry goat was sparse on goat and mostly gravy and a few said too seasoned. The beef was fatty and the chick pea curry although described as would be mild with coconut was very spicy and inedible sadly.. even my sister law took 1 mouthful like I did and pushed it away and she loves chickpea curry.

I think the kitchen needs to work on the menu, we understand stripping it back to make it easier survive as a business but you need more options especially vegan, vegetarian and less seasoning in the food, afterall you have a Jamaican family saying food is too over seasoned😵‍💫 …and we love a bit of seasoning …

My Wife and I went to Turtle bay in Crawley on Sunday we were greeted by a Lady Called Charlie she was fantastic very helpful and answered all our questions with a smile.

The food was excellent especially being West Indian the food was like what my mum use to make and i love my food.

Cocktails were so good, however we had a 30 min break between where we had no service however our server made up for it and gave us two drinks at the same time. They were so lovely honestly. I can understand we came at the wrong time as OASIS wad going to play.

Emma is an amazing waitress, and kept us top up all the way through, really friendly . Food amazing as-well! Prawns outstanding x

Went to check it out this restaurant since its refurbishment. Bought a starter to take away and was looking at the menu. First of all very disappointed it doesn't have any costings on anything, drinks or even main menu. It took 5 minutes for staff to notice me. Wanted patties. They didn't have any. Got a large prawn starter. Very very pricey. Tasted beautiful but very very oily. I thought maybe that was a one off and I might visit with my family. But when I looked at the menu on line, there again there was no pricing whatsoever. I love caribbean food but the one in Chelmsford will fail if they fail to put prices on anything and don't make their food better.

Leicester venue ordered full rack of ribs received just over half rack. looked like they cut off 4 ribs and offer them in the starters section.
Server was great and offered another food option so no issues with that. Food tasted good.

Visited turtle bay Exeter and the service was terrible even from the 2 managers and they didn't clear the tables despite asking several times and said they were busy. Had to wipe my own table. What a shame as cocktails are good!

Gone down hill, won't be back !
Poor service, poor food, dirty floors and table.
Lipstick on glass. Terrible cocktails.
And the worst thing ... waitress clearing our table of five when one guest was still eating, totally unacceptable!

Chelmsford- Great food and the staff were relaxed yet attentive. Can’t fault our experience there and will be going back

Incredible time! As a Kiwi coming to bottomless brunch here l, what an amazing experience! Unlimited drink, incredibly friendly staff, totally recommend!

Staff were lovely Blackpool branch especially Mia. The Trinity chicken couldn't eat. The rice with peas had no peas. The replacement salmon however was good but not spicy. The burger was delicious. Not enough fries. Cocktails served in small tumbler. Won't be back.

We went for a bottomless brunch at the Leicester branch this evening at 5pm with 8 people and were met with poor service and management. We received 2 rounds of drinks within one hour (which is not an exaggeration unfortunately) and when we talked to a waiter he told us to order “easier” cocktails so that they would be made faster. Since the price has been raised from just over £30 to £40.80 we would expect the same level if not better service as it was when we’ve come previously. We waited to see if the service would improve however it did not, we had to usher waiters over to order our food and more drinks as they would constantly walk past us even when it was clear we had finished all drinks on the table. When we talked to the manager (keiran) and asked for a simple fix of an extra 20-30mins on our 2 hour time he said that was impossible and illegal, and then said all he could do was take £20 off our whole bill which was just about £2 off of everyone’s bottomless. We obviously disputed this as usually you get AT LEAST 5 rounds in an hour, to which he replied saying since the menu change they prioritise spending their time with their tables and mixing drinks which is a joke as it’s still marketed on the menu and website as BOTTOMLESS and UNLIMITED. After we complained to the highest management there (who was named Kieran) one of our guests heard him unprofessionally complaining to the other staff saying “don’t worry they’ll be gone in 20 minutes” as if we’d asked something completely crazy other than better service from them. We all paid £38 each, and when we asked for the managers name we were told to ask him personally, so we went to ask him and he went and hid upstairs until we had to follow him and ask before we left. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed as we have had better bottomless service from places that have charged £25 for 2 hours.

Average at best , staff nice enough but food is nothing special, also gratuity added to bill, instant annoyance to me, if I want to tip I will.

Just been to Broadway Bristol fora show and thought we would grab some food at turtle bay.
Fab selection of food and incredible prices and quality for cocktails.
A beautiful waitress called Evie served us.
She was polite, efficient, and funny.
Will certainly come back

Absolutely disgusted with treatment in this Turtle Bay. My husband booked a table for 6pm as our anniversary treat, arrived ordered drinks and food, starters arrived and they were lovely! I went out to vape, out of respect for other diner's I went outside the normal smoking area/front of the restaurant. When entering turtle bay again, I had to walk around some large barrels and other patrons. As i got to our table, our second round of drinks had just arrived, I was approached by a member of security who informed us that we had to leave. After asking why, he informed us that I had 'stumbled' when coming in and he thought I had had 'enough to drink' and we had to leave. all this whilst we were waiting for our our mains to arrive. I have never been so embarrassed!! my husband payed our outstanding bill for what we had had (drinks and starters) and left. I did not stumble, nor had had had 'too much to drink', and after went onto another establishment to continue our anniversary celebrations! has absolutely put me off returning, which is a shame as Turtle Bay is one of my favourite spots to dine. In future maybe reconsider advertising 2'4'1 cocktails and bottomless brunches if you expect patrons to be stone cold sober! Will definatly not be returning in future
