Came here to Manchester for my friends 50th birthday. Lovely reception, Our waitress Immy was absolutely lovely. The food was fantastic. Would definitely return. 5 star service!

Went into Birmingham and came across Turtle Bay. We have never been into the restaurant before so we’re looking forward to see what was on offer.
We had a warm welcome whilst being shown to our table. We’re were given time to look at the menus and when we were ready to order our server Angelina was there with a lovely smile.
The food was wonderful and so tasty, we enjoyed every part of our meal. My rice bowl was so beautifully presented, just love colour on my plate, I was in my happy place.
I cannot praise Angelina enough, she was so attentive, kind and so very helpful. Angelina is a credit to your company and we will definitely visit again

They’d just changed their menu on the day we went, so we were a bit concerned. However, we had a lovely waiter called Calum, who explained everything and made sure we had plenty of cocktails. Had a great afternoon. Thank you to the chef and Calum! X

We had a company dinner at Turtle Bay Hammersmith. A lovely lady by the name of Harmony took care of us and we were in for a treat. She was super attentive, very kind and patient. She made the experience all the more worthwhile. We thank her very much and look forward to visiting again!

Recent book at the Birmingham restaurant by the Alex Theatre.

Our waitress was blunt at first, with an opening line of "which one of you is gonna give me your order" Waited for drinks and food took ages. We waited 40 mins for food to arrive and watched two of our three meals sitting on the counter for over 20 mins. We asked one of the waitress if that was ours as we'd been told by the manager 10 mins previously it was on its way and she rudely replied there was no way it had been there for 20 mins. We watched her speak to the manager and then our food arrived 5 mins later.... and it did include the food we'd watched for 20 mins. The manager himself was genuinely apologetic and we could see they were busy.

The waitress forgot our water, we had to stop other servers to get more drinks as our waitress disappeared. We had tickets for a show and our pudding had not appeared, so I had to go and find our waitress to explain we'd have to go and asked for the bill. She said your pudding is just being made, clearly wasn't as we were sitting in front of the chefs...she asked them fir the pudding which when it arrived it was wrong pudding. We mentioned this and she practically accused us of making the mistake saying she'd checked twice with us which was an outright lie.

The first bill came without the pudding on but when she came with the card machine to pay, she said it was wrong and gave another with the pudding on.
We asked for the pudding to be removed as we'd not had it and she was extremely sarcastic and rude. Due to this I asked for the service charge to be removed and she became even ruder and sarcastic. This has to be the worst case of customer service in terms of attitude I have ever experienced, I would sadly not recommend this particular restaurant because of this. The second star is for the manager who was rushed off his feet and tried really hard, the waitress I'd give minus stars for if I could.

I love it! Simple delicious!

Just ordered for delivery food from the Norwich branch .I ordered mac and cheese sides and Ackee & Saltfish Rolls also a Shack Stack Burger. I can't belive the rubbish that has been sent .Firstly the mac and cheese is as bland as anything you can not taste any cheese and it just tastes of pasta with a awful bland wet sauce .the Ackee and saltfish roll was gross smelt like vomit the roti was rock hard and the filling was so unbearable with salt you just could not eat it .I know it's salt fish but it's obvious they never prepared the salt fish correctly by skipping corners by the removal of the salt as its a long process to get the right balance and desired result. Now for the burger and fries .the fries where over seasoned and also lambasted with a tone of salt.The burger bun was soggy and bacon on was pre cooked pre packed rubbish. That didn't even touch a grill as you could see it had no colour on it ,The burger had been what I can only either pressume are pre cooked burgers and reheated in microwave .the reason why I know this is because I have been a chef for over 30 years and when you put a burger in microwave that has been precooked it will dry up all the moisture in the burger making it go hard .Putting it on a grill it will distribute the heat evenly sealing in remaining moisture and it won't go hard as a hockey puck .like this one was .If these people are unhappy in their jobs and are that lazy to do their jobs properly then leave so others can take their position. And give better quality good .It was absolutely vile worse food I have had in a long time .and I have had some dodgy food this is the worse

We visited the Camden Restaurant for lunch. Prices were definitely easy on the wallet. I chose a pre-lunch non-alcoholic drink which tasted excellent. Unfortunately the meal chosen, jerk pork with greens and mashed sweet potato, was mediocre at best. It was tasteless, there was no pepper kick and absolutely no seasoning. The experience was at best disappointing, and at worst unsatisfactory. I wondered about the authenticity of the chef. It is unfortunate that my experience was also endorsed by many others in my group.

The food was absolutely disgusting . Overly spiced , chicken was tough and grisly , the drinks were dreadful very sugary . Cheap ingredients and the ice cream was literally the worst I’ve ever tasted . You can also judge a restaurant by their toilets , unclean and not a fan of unisex toilets ..

Amazing time in turtle bay allie served us and she was amazing thank you so much cocktails was amazing 🥰

Will made my experience, he was amazing, funny, good at his job, efficient, service with a smile, honestly a shame people don’t hire more people like will, drink's were great but it’s always the people that make the experience memorable.

Tiny portions and unauthentic food. Its such a rip-off. Will definitely not be returning. The food tastes like it is full of sugar and it tastes nothing like real caribbean food. Such a disappointment.

The cocktails were lovely and good value when you can get 2 for 1. Food on the other hand was very poor you can get better Mac & cheese from Sainsburys then what they do, the food just had no flavour what so ever and I can safely say I’ll never eat from here again.

Do not use this restaurant in Exeter. The bottomless brunch is not worth it. Service was slow and the food disgusting. They try to get everyone to have the same drinks. And to top it off they have double charged my Apple Pay and are arguing with me over this. I do not trust this store. There are plenty of other lovely restaurants in Exeter that also sell cocktails. Go to them instead. Especially for a group booking.

Excellent visit to Newcastle Turtle bay. The guy serving us was great. Really friendly and helpful.
Food was great. We had the jerk seasoned burger with a side and soft drink from the £10 lunch menu.
We both felt it was excellent value and really enjoyed our visit.
The only issue was I couldn't access the turtle bay app for 45 minutes. Another customer was having the same issue, so I'm not sure if it was an issue with the app, wifi or my phone provider.
The turtle bay loyalty scheme is one of the best out there. Definitely worth signing up.

We went to Turtle Bat Winchester and was extremely disappointed. The staff were absolutely lovely. They worked their selves to death trying to serve everyone. However a bottomless brunch considered of a burger with no fries or salad or a wrap. Very tasteful but seriously I stopped for a curry on the way home as I was starving. You could pay another £5.50 and have a meal from the main menu but at £37.50 did u really want to do that. Was this value for money absolutely not. Would I recommend absolutely not. Would I go there again absolutely not. Was it value for money absolutely not. Would have been better going to weather spoons. Extremely disappointing

Visited in Birmingham, Miles and Samantha were fabulous bringing out regular drinks and very chatty!!

I was not impressed by the lack of service for the bottomless drinks menu. They are very courteous and attentive when you first come in. Then they deliberately ignore you after they have given you the first drinks. I felt like I had to beg and beg for them to bring another cocktail out. £100 odd quid and I am begging-never again. The portion of the food is now halved. Please don't schedule your bottomless drinks at busy times. They only focus on paying live customers not pre paid bottomless deals. They think they are being smart holding back your drinks to a point of absolute non service. It is disgusting!! We are not stupid and you need to attend to all customers not just ones where you feel you can squeeze more money from. Please test and see it for yourself. You will be served and greeted immediately then ignored. It is not bottomless. It should be beg me for another. I will never go back again with all the available competition that they have.
