Completed my house purchase on 19th July during Microsoft/Crowdstrike issue. Initially contact from TWM team advised completion may not be possible on that day. It was bittersweet news for me since I was not in a chain hence I could save a few days on interest payment :). Unfortunately, the TWM team demonstrated professionalism and persevered to complete on that day in the middle of the IT issue.

My move was not easy and TWM worked alongside my solicitor, in order to complete the purchase of property, they where professional, quick and though out the blew my not so great solicitor out of the park. even 2 years later they have once again come to the rescue with the same property and have provided me with information that my "main" solicitor refused to send me, without TWM and the amazing team that helped my case I would not have a roof over my head

This firm is incredibly hard to deal with and quite frankly are quite useless.

They almost never reply to emails, never answer calls and on the few occasions they have replied it is to tell us that they will get back to us in a couple of days.

In 2022 this firm made the challenging process of buying a house incredibly drawn out and managed to frustrate everyone involved in the transaction. In numerous emails the seller’s conveyancers openly questioned the competency of the TWM solicitor who was supposed to be handling things for us. She kept passing us onto juniors and only seemed to respond when we cc’d in senior partners at the firm.

We paid over £4,000.00 in conveyancing fees, which is not at all competitive to say the least so we were expecting a somewhat sufficient service. Still even now we are chasing them to conclude the handover of a freehold. They forwarded us an emailed document and told us to sign, however when we asked to understand what we were signing we have been left without advice or a response for over 3 weeks. One would have thought that solicitors were there to advise their clients.

We used the 303 Ballards Lane branch and I suggest avoiding them altogether. Our account at TWM is ‘managed’ by Claire Hastie.

We used this company for the sale of my father's house: we found TWM Cranleigh to be a very reliable organisation and good value for money. Sue dealt with everything with great efficiency, guiding us through the process with her knowledge; she was always cheerful and helpful when answering our many questions. I would definitely recommend TWM Cranleigh to others.

We used TWM to sell dad's flat. We had issues with the electronic ID and Sue was supportive and patient. Mostly it was old technology that was the problem but they sent nurmerous links to get the job done. We also had issues with the buyer's solicitors who insisted on a new fire door, which was far from staightforward, and they tried to change the terms once they had been agreed, which Sue refused. She was professional and friendly throughout. Good job Sue.
