We were very happy to have instructed Julian Sampson and his team in relation to our company re-mortgages, which completed in August and October this year.

TWM Solicitors are busy but Julian Sampson provided a very professional, calm service over e-mails and by telephone, with a no-nonsense approach (where he basically just got on with the job), and this was reassuring that we were in good hands (which has not always been our experience with other firms).

A big thank you to him and his team and will certainly be looking to instruct Julian Sampson again.

Over the last year, TWM have managed one property sale and two property purchases for me. From the outset they have been responsive, efficient, knowledgable and professional. Parveen Abbas and Wendy Graver are a dream team. Between them they provide an outstanding conveyancing service. I couldn’t imagine ever buying or selling a property again without them!

Sam Bradford was instrumental to us finally completing on our first home purchase. She took the time to talk things through with us, guided us to help us take a view or have confidence in our concerns (where required) and gave us the tools and information we needed to make an informed decision so far as we could. She even stayed late on the exchange day, pushing everything through for us.
Every time we dealt with Sam, it was like having a conversation with a friend - friendly and positive. She is certainly someone we would want to work with again as part of our personal professional team going forwards.

I recently purchased a flat - It was a last minute decision and I needed a Solicitor urgently to complete within one month. I used TWM Solicitors with the support of Claire Fountain and her incredible team. Although they could not promise me that the completion would happen on time, they work longer days in an extremely professional and responsive manner, even when off sick! Claire confirmed the completion on time. This only happened because of the team's hard work and the good communication within the team. I could not have felt more reassured. Claire when through a thorough procedure. Also, she would take the time to explain anything that was unclear to me as legal language can be challenging (English is not my first language). The cost remained the same as anticipated, no surprise. I would highly recommend TWM, and particularly Claire Fountain and her team.

I have used TWM solicitors on two previous occasions - first in 2018 & most recently September 2022. On both occasions Julian Sampson & the lending team worked very successfully to get 4 simultaneous transactions across a very tight deadline. Julian managed to find work arounds for a deal-breaking issue which cropped up quite far into the transaction process and plugged away to ensure completion was done & dusted efficiently & with a sense of calm control. A special mention to Gemma Driscoll whose excellent ‘digging’ prevented me from buying a property that would have caused major headaches & far too much money! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Julian, Gemma & the team for commercial property conveyancing especially where there’s a lender involved.

TWM provided conveyancing services for me recently and dealt with the process rapidly, professionally and diligently. There were a number of mortgage conditions to be satisfied and TWM processed these without falter and reached completion on a timescale I was truly satisfied with. I would personally reuse their services without hesitation and would strongly recommend to anyone requiring legal of this nature.

We use Kensington’s free legal services for the majority of our business and have always have the standard issues. When TWM were appointed I was a bit sceptical as we get the usual ‘they’ll be better etc’ but rarely are.

But so far all of your guys have been polite, honest and most importantly answered the phone and responded to emails in quick times.

Cara is particular has been amazing with this one client where there a lot of moving parts and shes been all over it.

I recently completed a flat purchase with TWM Solicitors and would not recommend them.

The partner on my case was unresponsive and frustrated the vendors so much that they almost withdrew from the sale.

I then complained to the senior partner, who shockingly blamed me for causing the frustration when there was proof in writing from the vendor's solicitor that the vendors were fed up with TWM.

They caused me a lot of stress, and I would avoid them at all costs.
