My order was received short of units paid for in full, unfortunately this is the second time this has happened. I am ordering from Australia and therefore ordered several units of the product purchased to justify the costly shipping fees. I am still following up a refund for a purchase made in January 2026.

I received my product from USA. I live in Aus. The conversion rate plus gateway charge + delivery were ridiculous. Product was US $132 & I was charged Aus $451.89. I will never use this company again.
