V helpful. Positive for ubuy
As most of my payment went to express delivery and after nine days I still had not received the item, i wrote to ask what was going on. They asked e to wait to see how long delivery would take. The product finally arrived but it didn’t fit well - not their fault, i kept it because it was still ok for my pool - but i was impressed by ubuy following through with repayment of express shipping v promptly as the thing definitely didn’t get here in that time frame and they were v apologetic. Customer service is excellent. Thank you. I will review iBirdie covers separately.

Paid for express delivery and 3 weeks later still hasn't got to their warehouse.
Contacted them and said it has been lost so they are ordering another one. First time I have bought anything with them, not impressed.

I ordered a sun shirt for my son who likes to walk as he was getting sunburnt on his long hikes. The shirt was as advertised, Thank you. My only question why did this item, which was advertised as being in Australia, cost double and take weeks to arrive as compared with the same coming from America which cost half and arrived within a week?

We liked the variety of goods
We liked the variety of goods and in particular the supplements are something we are looking for .
What we did not like was the very high cost of shipping to Australia. The DHL offers a very good service but it is overpriced and I would like a cheaper option.
