I ordered a Orthopaedic memory foam pillow at the start of December to this date no delivery and no refund from the company. You cannot speak to a human all I keep getting is AI auto responses over and over. They take your money and don’t deliver. I have no choice but to think this company are scammers. They should never be put on WOWCHER. Do not buy from them. DISGUSTING COMPANY THEY NEED TO BE SHAMED AND REPORT TO THE AUTHORITIES

Absolutely dreadful! Sent the wrong size and then didn't respond to my emails to try and get it sorted. Wish I could review on group on as well as this company is shocking!

I ordered two hand bags from living social website. Received a dispatched message on 11th December from UK dream store with evri tracking no. Saying we got your parcel. It's nearly 23rd December now. No delivery yet. Trying to contact living social, UK dream store and evri but no one is responding at all. They took £ 4.99 delivery charge for each bag even though I ordered them together but paid the amount to get them in time for Christmas but it was waste of money and energy.

I've ordered 2 teddy's that the tracking says have been delivered, but they haven't,also my Evri driver has been on the job for 20 years and always put packages in my outside box.Ive tried contacting Groupon but they haven't responded as yet,either way,I down 2 Christmas gifts,

Evri says “We’ve got it”. It’s been like that for three weeks. Evri say they’ve “lost it” and to contact the company direct. I’ve emailed them three times each automated response says “1-2” days and I have YET to receive a response. Wowcher won’t do anything about this either. Absolute waste of time, and money. Another Christmas gift not arriving this year.

Same as the other reviews on here. I ordered a toy through Wowcher in good time for Xmas delivery. No. Parcel has been stuck in the Evri delivery system since 7th Dec.
I have complained to this company and it's not even been acknowledged. I have submitted a complaint to Wowcher today but I don't hold out any hope of getting the item or a refund.
Lesson learned. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Update 23rd Dec
Following my complaint direct to Wowcher they contacted this merchant. Then my parcel started moving the the Evri system. Been delivered today.
Not quite quick enough though I had already bought a replacement gift.

Same as others - ordered and got Evri tracking, when trying to see more details it says incorrect postcode - after 12 days it just says delivered with no information- it wasn’t delivered and obviously sent elsewhere to be sold on - utter scam.

Total scam company. Same experience as others, EVRI hold as 'we've got it' and never gets delivered. They work with WOWCHER who are also not to be trusted. Battling for a refund as we speak, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift, now ruined. Please don't fall for these scammers or any other listed as wowcher partners.

Same as other reviews item lost at evri not response from UK dream store and a stupid bot!!!! Worst company I have ever delt with. Wowcher a complete waste of time not interested will not buy another thing through Wowcher!!!!

Product not as advertised. Poor quality. Purchased a board game through Groupon. Issues with delivery like the other reviews.

The board game is a printed picture on a small cardboard box and the game board is a flimsy piece of cloth.

Wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing.

Dangerous company Do not buy anything from them . I ordered a dancing spider man the product dose not work . Although that was not my biggest concern. They sent a very old USB charger with this I can't believe a company could of done this . So Dangerous and very much a health and safety issue . I have sent 4 emails they don't reply just take your money .

Please don't order anything from them. My parcel was supposedly dispatched on the 12th with errors in my postal information (not by me). I then recevied an email from evri saying they're expecting my parcel and then on the 13th at 6:00am I seen that evri had updated twice saying that it was accepted by evri gateway and that it was collected at 12:20pm..........HOW!!!! Has Dr emmitt brown helped evri by letting them use his Delorean time machine..now it's been stuck at collected and they have supposedly had it for nearly a week..wowcher are useless and evri reply with bot responses...one by Claire saying she will be in charge of handling the enquiry...Google it its just an automated bot response. Never using wowcher ever again! Will have to take the issue up with PayPal as wowcher just basically told me to wait longer and see if it turns up...emailed ukdreamstore and no response just like many other reviews have said.

Wish I had read reviews before buying. Bought a taylor swift tumbler for my daughter for christmas from Groupon. Received email from groupon to say it had been dispatched by supplier with evri tracking number. Tracking didn't move for 7 days. Every time I tried to enter my postcode to get more detailed tracking it was coming up with 'postcode incorrect'. Eventually it started moving through the system, was supposed to be delivered today. Checked tracking again and it was saying delivered to safe space, no delivery picture or location details. Nothing has been delivered to my house. Contacted evri, the email address they had been given for my order was not correct aswel as the postcode. Currently out of pocket and am receiving no answers or refunds from either companies. Will have to go through my bank to claim and it is now too late to order the item elsewhere. Groupon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to happen on their platform

If I could give 0 stars I would AVOID at all costs clearly scamming people out of money & no interest in giving people money back when their order does not arrive!!

Contacted them after they said my parcel was delivered, which it wasn’t. They told me it was delivered and it was a picture of a tiny SHEIN parcel in a bin NOT the reindeer lights I had ordered. They have never replied to me & I have had to raise a dispute with my bank for the payment.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

What an absolute rip off and actually false advertising. Order the reindeer well they are cheap and not what they are showing on pictures

I ordered a couple of goods from UK dream store via Wowcher , they didn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date and having read the reviews on here I feared the worst. I emailed the company and to be honest I am really impressed with their communication, I emailed once they responded within a couple of hours and have since , unprompted, emailed me regularly with updates. Happy to report that the items are being delivered today

I bought a Wowcher and after the tracking not updating for 10 days I emailed the company and then saw all the negative comments below. But today after ordering on the 28th October the heated jumper arrived. I’ve given 4 stars due to the delay. I did email the company and they did reply after 2 days.

Item not sent - emailed twice so far but they don’t respond ! Modern day thieves !

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Like everyone else - deal bought through Wowcher. Tracking numbers provided but parcel didn’t even make it to delivery depot. Company ignored emails. I am getting a refund though - I refused to give up. Bombarded ukdreamstore, Wowcher and Clearpay (used to pay for it) with dozens of emails and finally went to my bank to raise a dispute. Don’t give up! (And don’t ever use Clearpay - they are equally as useless when it comes to lost goods). AVOID!!!

Of If I could leave zero stars I would’ve . Absolutely shocking like others … wowcher take your money .uk dream store seems non existent . Money lost no present . Avoid like the plague
