Ordered 2 items on Groupon to be fulfilled by UKDreamstore. Received tracking yesterday to say they’d been delivered, 1 through letterbox (item is too big) and 1 in secure porch (don’t have a porch). Contacted courier and they said the tracking no.’s don’t match my address and they were unable to give me an address which did match the tracking no.’s. Not been able to find a phone no.
to call UKDreamstore, have sent them an email but obviously no reply. If you Google the supposed address for UKDreamstore and also look on Google street view you will see a small shop ‘The Studio’ which is a web design company and certainly not a shop selling all of the goods on the UKDreamstore website. I’ve been chatting to Groupon with my findings and sent them screeenshots of comments on here but they insist the items were delivered yesterday! I am fighting a losing battle and unsure where to go next. I just want my money back!

Similar to you people below, bought a Christmas present via Wowcher which redeems with this lot. Got provided an Evri Tracking number and just went on to check and it was "Delivered" 05/12 at around 2pm... Not to me! I put in my postcode on the Evri tracker and its not linked to the parcel and no further information can be provided. Feels like I've been scammed based on what you are all saying.

Update: 17/12 - You really need to press both Wowcher and Ukdreamstore for a refund. I emailed several times and finally got my money back.

Wowcher will try to just credit your wowcher account but if you tell them you wish the credit back the the original payment method they will do it.

I don't know why Evri keep messing up also as they seem independent of this, unless the retailer is deliberately sending something to an incorrect postcode as there does seem to be a pattern of lost goods for people, I was subject to this also.

Wowcher gave the refund for me in the end.

Do not buy anything from UKdreamstore and Groupon! I ordered two Taylor Swift themed 40oz tumblers for my granddaughters. They said they had been delivered to my garage when my garage was locked. I’m in the process of trying to contact someone and it’s really hard to do! They don’t make it easy! I went on the carriers 24/7 chat and it kept telling me ‘my postcode didn’t match, please enter it again!’ Very frustrating and annoying. They’ve obviously got my postcode wrong and delivered it somewhere else or this is a big scam and they don’t get delivered at all?
No customer care, nothing!
Would NOT recommend and will not be buying again from here!

Have bought something on wowcher.
Lost in transit, trying to communicate this to the suppler was hard.
Still waiting for my purchase / refund.
Telling me to wait patiently after 15 days!

I ordered via Wowcher and having received a message a few days ago saying my order had been processed and was due to be delivered in November, I decided to look up the company the pillows were coming from. I read the previous reviews and my heart sank. I was really annoyed at myself for not checking reviews before ordering. I was however pleasantly surprised when they arrived later that day (about 18 days earlier than expected)- so if you have ordered from Wowcher, not every experience is doom and gloom from this company.
My reason for only giving 4 stars is that the pillows are not as full/solid as the images on Wowcher imply.

I not received my order, I have a receipt for the purchase. No response from either Wowcher or UK Dream store.No chance of getting my goods and no sign of an explanation or a refund.
Its all just a big scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered automatic waste bin from UK Dreamstore via Wowcher and later received email that it had been delivered. Replied saying that it had NOT. Got message ' mailbox full'.
Received further email saying ' item lost in transit'.
Further email telling me that I had returned the item.
Voucher referencing no postage (about £5) refund.
Thought possible glitch, so ordered again.......same thing happened ! This time after being told it was delivered and replying that it had not - again 'mailbox full'. I later received an email informing me that the item was out of stock. (after I was supposed to have received it). Requested refund, but got a voucher. No return of postage for item that was not dent.
To rub salt into the wound I was twice later asked to review the items not received.
Can't help feeling that I have been the victim of either a scam, incompetence or a 'couldn't care less' attitude.
I have dated this review Sept 2nd, but it lasted some time Had to give 1 star to submit review, but didn't mean it.

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Horrendous customer service! Item not received and getting a refund is impossible.

RE: ORDER NO: 47705134 - ITEM - An electric cordless grass trimmer (was £49.99) from UK Dream Store OR redeem towards another available deal.
Or according to others a serious faulty electrical appliance that catches fire.

I have been charged for an item that I have never had. YES I have contacted WOWCHER several times
NO REPLY. On my account it states that I have been refunded. ON NO I HAVE NOT. They also cannot add up. My Bank A/C statement confirms this company removed £14. 78. The item was advertised as £14.99. They have put £10.79 in the credit wallet. But I never claimed any vouchers? As for this item catching fire, WOWCHER and GROUPON are still selling it. Frankly, this warrants in order to protect the general, public, complaints made to such as Trading Standards and Health and Safety etc. According to Companies House the directors of WOWCHER are Karen Louise Kemble and Roland Patrick Bryan.

Don't buy from this company.
Just received my woucher order for 2 world Cup beer glasses and they're totally inadequate, the glass is the thickness of tissue paper they're so light I thought thought they were plastic, rip off for the price.

Brought an Icebath via Wowcher from them its split at seams only 7 months old and they have refused to replace item even though it is in warranty!

Purchased replacment Ninja Creami pots. They do not fit the machine at all.

Total scam.

I have requested a refund, luckily I paid via Paypal so even if Wowcher or Homestore won't refund me at least I can try them.

Purchased an Electric Cordless Trimmer via Wowcher. Plugged in to charge - recommended time 4 hours. After an hour and a half I smelt smoke! Smoke pouring out of the unit! I got it out of the house and plunged it into a bucket of water. Despite writing to both Wowcher and UK Dream Stores, I notice it is still on offer. Do have to point out that they have come back to me with a full refund, but it takes 7-10 days to come back to me!

I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing an item from UK Dream Store / UK Dream Store's via Wowcher. Purchased an item for a friend's birthday within plenty of time, surprise, surprise it has yet to arrive. Judging by the other reviews I have read, it does not look like I will receive it anytime soon, if at all. Will never use Wowcher again, and will tell friends, colleagues and family to have nothing to do with Wowcher or UK Dream Store('s)

Further to placing an order with this company via the Wowcher website on the 20th May 2024 it then sat at an Evri terminal warehouse for 10 days from the 21st May - 31st May. When I read further reviews about this Grass Strimmer, I then later decided that it wasn't suitable so I tried my best in locating a customer service telephone number to speak to UK Dream Store but to no avail. I then had to email Wowcher and also this company directly but again to no avail. Today 4th June, it finally arrived but before I had chance the courier - Evri had already scanned it as being delivered!

My grievance is that any reputable company should always display their telephone number, keep you updated as to when they dispatch it with courier name + tracking number & to also answer their emails but sadly this company failed on all THREE accounts!

Would I ever use this company again; DEFINITELY NOT, nor would I recommend them to anyone

This company, along with Woucher are an absolute joke. I've given them 1 star because I had too. They are blatantly ripping people off, it beats me how they are still trading. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY OR WOUCHER. Broken promises is all you will receive off this company.
Kept saying that my item had been delayed by customs. Remember any company that deals with Evri are not worth dealing with, because Evri are the worst courier ever.

I bought flat pack bedroom furniture the items are damaged so cannot be erected. The phone numbers doesn’t exist they aren’t replying to emails £370 worth of furniture that’s no good do not shop here I’m heartbroken.

Paid allot of money through Wowcher and Klarna for automatic window cleaner after 2 months product has not arrived and no answers by store or Wowcher they are pretty useless. Fighting with Klarna not to pay the amount outstanding avoid this company and Wowcher as they clearly do not vet companies they deal with or are any help with disputes

Horrible people. Item sent ( allegedly) but now missing with Evri. These clowns make it up as they go along. E mail received from clowns today telling me there are some shipping issues. But ITS LOST IN THE EVRI NETWORK. E mails to prove it ! Just leave these people alone they sell counterfeit Crocs which obviously is illegal and the cheek of it is they have a picture of one of the pairs of Crocs and it’s actually got a partially obscured Crocs label.
