Avoid this company
Avoid this company! Below is my final email to customer services after the company failed in my view to take my concerns seriously.
Hi Linda, I had to give up on the return as it was expensive and complicated and I don’t have any further confidence in your company to either exchange the door or make a refund had it been returned.
I’m now having to replace the inappropriate red oak board on the door with one that matches.
As a builder, I shall never use UK Oak Doors again and will warn others not to buy your doors likewise. Your company used to be honourable in my past experience.
Further, I consider that not being able to talk directly to a responsible person to sort this out is cowardly, appalling service and has been a waste of my time.
You don’t seem to have a clue what you’re selling!

Visited the showroom today, was greeted by Lily who showed me around. Doors are great quality, ended up buying 7 Doors. Was also shown hinges and latches which I wasn't expecting to get today, but they match the Doors perfectly. Would definitely visit again.

Avoid at all Costs
In response to UK Oakdoors' claim that they offer the 'finest craftsmanship and best value' products with 'rigorous quality door control checks', these claims are, in my experience, simply absurd and ridiculous. One only has to read through the many one star reviews of actual customer experiences to know that this company's claims are patently false. The fact that Trustpilot have had to issue a warning about this company speaks volumes!

I researched the products online but…
I researched the products online but was unsure of what the exact items were. I called ukoakdoors and spoke with William. Very polite and helpful. He took the time to explain each item and placed the order for me. I had an issue with DPD who delivered part of the order and had to call again. I spoke with William again who quickly resolved the issue. He has overseen my order from start to finish and is a credit to the company. I need to buy more doors at some point and will definitely look to buy here again.
