Absolutely awful to deal with. We placed a big order for 13 doors, handles and hinges. Their quality control is awful, missing things from the order. Logistics even worse, took 3 months for everything... Toon meer

Five stars from beginning to end of transaction.
After booking an appointment we went to the showroom and was greeted by Lilly who was very friendly and extremely helpful. Her product knowledge was first class in helping us to select our doors and handles etc.
Nothing was too much trouble also Lilly alway took our phone calls and got back to us after every question

Internal oak fire doors
We saw the doors we liked online but we went to the showroom because it’s local where we saw a vast array of great quality doors at very reasonable prices we were taken through all the options with Kane the sales person and he explained the wait times delivery times and everything involved it was a great all round experience and I would highly recommend this company we came away with no hassle or worries 10/10

Very helpful, efficient and friendly
The explanation and help provided before purchase were excellent. Following up questions and amending quotes was very efficient too. And all very friendly.
The caveat is that this review is asked for after placing the order but before receiving the doors so I can only comment on the order process right now. Maybe I'll be asked to review again when I have the goods.

Impressed again
Spoke to Lily on Tuesday and ordered door and ironmongery. Was told door wasn’t in stock but was due in.
Received message saying door was on its way and then it was delivered today,Friday.
Even the delivery was easy with real time tracking.

Dreadful delivery if your in a rush for items.
Had to leave 3 stars because of the below mixed feedback.
The quality of the doors etc was fantastic so this is 5 stars plus!
However as far as delivery goes, I had to re order another pair of hinges, I was told 48 hours, they actually took 120 hours! Not happy with this at all as I had my joiner on site for 3 days & the hinges finally turned up as he was going home on the last day (to be clear, I know have to wait another 2 weeks to get the joiners back here)
On top of all of this, I spoke to William's colleague & told her I was unhappy with the "120hr" delivery slot, she said she'd get William to call me back & "No phone call" ........

However, we could not get through on the phone number 01455565565 as it went into a loop and kept repeating itself. When we called on 01455388744 we got through straight away.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Delivery took weeks and I had to phone and email multiple times. Can’t get them off the phone before you order but once you’ve paid they don’t want to know. Doors are pretty poor quality, and they only come with enough hardware for one door. I did email and call but no one ever replied. Awful service, would not recommend.
