These ppl were a pop up while I was on a local registry office, the form came up which I didn't know it wasnt the site I was on, watch out for that, they charge double what any other registry office charges for a birth certificate normally £11 they are £22 plus postage, double the time for postage, normally 5 days with a registry office, apparently 10 but I'm passed that point now, also they say children's take a bit longer god knows what warrants that excuse plus they charge double because they do a wider search apparently 🙄, even though they are given the details they need. They are Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Use your LOCAL registry office where possible. I haven't a clue how their form popped up on Stockton's registry office site, but they claim the registry office put them on 🙄🤣 so be vigilant, if I'd known It wasn't that site I wouldn't of filled it in. Plus I'd of saved £11, the extra they charge. They need stopping they are not official, they scam ppl. I did phone them, asked why the certificate, after 2 weeks was still waiting for print, their reply was children's take longer 🤣 Save yourself hassle and money, companies like this are parasites. If you don't have a local registry office please use the GOVERNMENT WEBSITE, you can get everything you need half the cost a d much quicker delivery time.

Required a copy of my daughter's B/C, so contacted ukofficialrecords for their help .... Completed the application form and sent the hundred pounds which was to cover an apostilled copy and registered post to Hong Kong .... Official Records let me know the item would take twenty working days, which was exactly the time I received in, it this morning .... An excellent job and thanks very much ....

Scam of a company. Needed a birth certificate to give notice of marriage ordered a priority service and it's not showed. Should've read the reviews. Not sure if the wedding will go ahead now. They're not official and don't appear to hold any records. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

This is a scam; request your certificates directly from the government website. They will quote double the cost, and when they're unable to provide a product, they will only offer a partial refund.

I’m naturally reluctant to use services such as this on the basis that I could probably do it myself, or it’s a bit expensive for what it is. Firstly, I couldn’t. Second, it isn’t. For what you get for your money. I needed a document attested for the British Embassy in UAE. Was short of time and it was coming up to the Christmas holidays where everything shuts down. Was supported by Simon, who ensured my docs were back with me in Dubai in about 7 days and delivered on Christmas Day. The best present I could wish for in the circumstances. Much appreciated.

Great experience , got my decree absolute within a week after I applied Yes you pay more but it was either that or wait 5 months to get it from the County court ..very satisfied thankyou

Ordered a certificate of birth and received certified copy of an entry. Wont supplied what i requested and wont refund

I've ordered an apostille stamp (Legalising) for General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) as I needed it for at my home country. Process was quick and smooth. The communication during the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Paid £225 for a replacement marriage certificate with apostle for use in Thailand.
That part was done very quickly. Now it back in Thailand I find out it needed a stamp from the Thai Embassy in London .
I chose an agent to do the work as they should know what they are doing and advise you as such.
This firm advised us nothing so now we have 1/2 a job done, that's in Thailand and now needs to be posted back to UK at more cost and time.
Useless firm who don't know the job they they are trying to sell you .

I submitted my request online, paid the fee, and the before I knew it, the document I had requested had been delivered to me in Malaysia. I had been concerned but I had no grounds for that concern, it turns out.

I was pleased to receive a copy of marriage certificate, having lost the original. Needed to be made a beneficiary of my husband's company pension. I had tried Gov.uk who could not find it. Okay this cost more but at least I got a valid copy. Thank you.

Absolute con - marriage certificate received and just a photocopy of the record on A4 certificate coloured paper - nothing like an original certificate which is certainly not A4 size. This has been refused as an original certificate by DWP for bereavement benefit claim. The site doesn’t claim official copy but don’t waste you’re time and money - go to the gov official General Registry Office site for replacement certificates at a fraction of the cost. A photocopy of the record is no good as an official document.

Tried to rip me off £240 odd pounds for a copy of my birth certificate, i thought this was a government official website and realised straight away after i paid they wasnt, cancelled it instantly within a minute or two and they wouldnt accept it, had a paypal claim win to get my money back, which they never bothered producing anything to my evidence, then they tried sending it weeks later which i never collected from the post office as straight as i had cancelled it, i found the correct government website and got a copy within days for around £20-40 pounds, they sent me a email stating they had just received back this copy i had cancelled & now are trying the shody route of ccj rubbish against & trying to now get £450 odd pounds back off me! i noticed after a little research they had changed there name after being told to cut the wording OFFICIAL out of there name, they changed there name and kept official in it, wouldnt touch with a bargepoll, and tbh how can they get hold of official documents as a third party? when only the government should be doing. Con artists....

Very quick service, really friendly. It's also great to have a phone number with someone to explain how everything works. Great partners when you need something doing quickly.
